I could not be more pissed off at my mum and sister right now if I tried. They got a new kitten just for the sake of having a kitten, sure my mum will love it to death but my sister will use it to brag about to all her friends until she gets bored of it then won't give a shit about it anymore. My mum however should've thought about how our current cats would react to this. Ruby, one of our oldest cats, HATES new cats... She got a kitten about a year ago that ended up running away but Ruby was so grumpy and depressed because of that kitten. Why isn't she thinking about her current cats and how they'll feel first and foremost?! Ruby's going to go into a grumpy, upset slump again and she'll feel pushed aside... Ruby and Blossom are pretty much like my cats, I was living with my mum when we got them both, and I just won't be able to love this kitten like I love them.

People like to go on about how "real" relationships are not based on sex or based around sex but that's not true it totally depends on the people in the relationship.

I for one have never been really happy in a sexless relationship. Not once. Ever. If I have a partner that does not like sex we work to find a middle ground.

I know what makes me happy in a relationship. Sex is one of those things. Stop making it out to be a bad thing.

I'm so tired of lazy whiners in WoW

Very much a first world issue rant but...i'm FREAKING out! We have a costume event to go to saturday and my costume still hasn't come...checked the website and it isn't even marked as sent!! I ordered 2 weeks ago and the previous one only took 3 days argh!! I have emailed them and fingers crossed they have either sent it or can today...it's going to suck ALOT if it doesn't come...I have everything else for it (wig, props) just not the actual costume. The first one was too small (way too small - US sizes my ass) and I just wanted to dress up and have fun sigh! My husbands costume came the next day and hes like the most unorganized person ever!!

(for those wondering we were going as a time travelling pair - him as Dr Who and me as Homura Akemi (from Madoka Magica) - so its gonna look really odd if I have to go as something else last minute >< )

Edit: I'm so worried I haven't even eaten lunch! I think this is what a panic attack feels like not sure why maybe because I was so looking forward to this and now if it doesn't come I prob won't even go.

Someone tried to gas a furry convention?? Humans have really sunken so low if other people's hobbies, no matter how crazy or extreme it may seem to them, bother them enough that they'd want to attempt to kill or seriously injure people. Have you seen what chlorine gas can do to people?! That is so, so low. So ridiculously low. I don't have words.

Yep, Snowy. Luckily, no death reports but still. It's fucking stupid that someone would want to do this.

I have a feeling that the person who did this would of done it to a convention for anything. A lot of people go to conventions and so more chances of hurting people :S

I think it's a nutter but a lot of people think it's ISIS because they have used Chlorine gas before but I think that if it was done by a group like them they'd of said something about it >.>

On the plus side, it wasn't pure chlorine gas. From the description, it sounds more like pool chlorine. Not that that's a good thing to dump in a stairwell. It can definitely cause respiratory damage.

While it could've been someone not involved with the convention, I suspect it was an attendee being an idiot. That particular event does have a history of really stupid behavior on the part of the congoers.

And now even the news are laughing at furries while trying to report the story. This world is fucking sick. Glad to see even the 'professionals' are judgemental, horrible pieces of work.

(For the record, I'm not actually a furry. Well, at least I don't wear fursuits. But I cannot STAND people taking the piss out of other's hobbies.)

I'd say pool chlorine too. That woudl be easier to get.

omg third rant...i am about to lose my shit at this cosplay company!!! They said they'd send it wednesday. Fine whatever. Now they are asking SAME QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER FFS JUST SEND IT!!! You should of sent it over two damn weeks ago!!! Argh!!!!

Really, really hope the next patch fixes at least some of the problems in WoW, particularly the fps issues. I just lost out on Luk'hok because my game froze up before I could get in range and he was dead by the time it sorted itself out. Of course, it doesn't help that I was up near Thundercall for the stable mount dailies when he spawned so I lost a lot of time getting to him in the first place -_-

Yeah, the forums are full of people complaining about the huge dive their FPS has taken; admittedly it's the Mac forums but I understand PC folks are seeing a big dip in performance too. Plus (I watch my activity window avidly), the pre-patch game was running at maybe 50% CPU and now it's crowding 100%, so something somewhere is definitely broken. I hear people with brand new machines that did the recent OSX update are now being told by the game that their graphics cards 'are not supported' and can't play WoW (or Diablo, or Hearthstone, or anything) AT ALL. My computer is ailing so I'm having problems on my end as well as theirs but seriously people... stop screwing up what isn't broken!

Yeah we've taken quite a huge dip in the PC department. However, as someone that's been taking classes and working in computers, I have to remind everyone that new stuff added can break old stuff. It happens all the time. It doesn't matter what you do or where you go. It happened a lot when building a website. It's trial and error and not really preventable. Coding isn't easy by far and it's annoying as hell to try and find out what the problem is.

This may be a bit long, but right now I feel horrid and stressed and worthless and like a failure. I am the GL and RL for the guild I am in. I inherited the RL position and later the GL position back in Wrath. I try hard to keep a decent raid team going but more important to me is to have a guild that tolerates each other and the fact the life exists outside of WOW. We raid fairly regularly but I do not punish people when their lives interfere. I want this to be a safe place an have fun. Never ever have I promoted the guild as a raiding guild. Tonight I had someone I consider a friend walk out because I wasn't catering the extreme few "raiders" in the guild. I know my guild and holidays are never good for us for raiding. It just frustrates people because we miss too many of our core team, add a new expac and people wanting to enjoy the leveling and gear up process and it looks like raiding will be put off until Beginning of January.He sits there and tells me how lousy it is that i cater to a core group of people and don't allow people to raid who want to. ( I always allow raiding with other guilds when we are on break) and then goes off about how there isn't even any organizing of heroics and such. Mind you I have been sick for over a week and have spent the past month taking my son back and forth to the hospital. I cannot do everything all the time. To make it worse he's a fucking hypocrite. When we were raiding he was the flakiest one in the bunch towards the end he was there 1 time in a 2 month period to raid spent the time on screwing around in LFR. I snapped at him and he told me to calm the fuck down, I was so pissed at that point I basically told him not going to happen and then he goes off how he's ignored ( not once has he said shit to me about this) and I pointed out every time I have asked him to run with me becuase I hate tanking for strangers he has been afk or some other damned thing. He got pissed and gquit, I kicked the rest of his toons...which killed me I haven't kicked someone in years.....just so fucking worhtless right now can't even keep the drama out of the guild anymore FUCK
