Oh my! I love both of these, especially the white one. Really lovely!

*hand twitch* Gimme! The dark belly is so elegant and makes the blue shade very lively in contrast. Same thing with the dark purple one, but blue will always have my heart.

I think they look excellent!!! The only thing you could maybe try is giving their eyes some color like maybe sapphire blue, pinks, reds, greens etc etc. I think that's the only thing that I'd change. Maybe that little detail would make them look better to you?

Thanks And yes, if I'd been happy with the skin colours I would have added better eyes, but I didn't bother. I actually like the one on the right, but it's just not "white". The one on the left is a bit too washed-out, like someone tipped a bucket of white-wash on it. I didn't have a chance to make one I like better last night. I'll try though.

I have been having a bit of fun with sand reavers, though, but I don't have many to post yet

I can certainly try. With the techniques I use (which involve leveraging Blizzard's artwork rather than having any artistic skills of my own) it can be hard to get nice whites from models where all the colours are dark. But I'll certainly try

Yaks and goats would be sweet to mess around with.

Now yaks become tameable u "have" to do them

I´m guessing Veph want a devil/demon colored yak too ;P

Tarn, you missed the posts confirming that yaks weren't meant to be flagged.

Although....recolors would be a lovely idea, if you have the time/inclination, Wain. Different colored yak fur to cry into, if nothing else. :\

I can't seem to get any better than the white bone spiders I posted previously. Here's the bright one with coloured eyes:

I've been generating some new sandreaver colours and found a few I liked. Normally I'd save them up and post them all in one big batch, but it's going slowly, so I thought I'd post a few now.

If there's any particular colour combos you'd like to see, please let me know

First off, there's no proper blue sandreaver skin in the game. The one called blue is more of a purple. So here's a basic mid-blue, and then a navy blue with lighter markings:



There's already a purple one, but here's a couple of different shades. The first one is very close to a dark blue, and is so more of an indigo. The second one is just a colour shift of the first. I think both work:



White:



Dark red:



Finally, a couple of greens. This is another colour that doesn't exist on official skins. First a healthy lush green, then a nice green/red combo.

Hee, I like these! The blue on the left looks like the blue silithids, so it would fit in perfectly.

Oooooohhhhhh I love the black and white one! It looks so plausible to fit in with the other white silithid types.

Also, the bright eyes on the dark blue are freaky.

I love the bright eyes, Veph! I can't decide between that dark blue or the green with red markings. <3 Very pretty.

I like the lush green, but the markings are so similar to the background color, it's hard not to see it as a split husk

I of course would like to see a gold/brown skin with black markings to matchy-match my other Silithids. I'd also like to see your take on a non-transparent spirit beast Sandreaver, whatever you think would work best (I know you'd have to leave glow effects to our imaginations).

Maybe I can get it to play "La Cucaracha" too? I'm not sure what I could do to make a spirit beast sandreaver with my meagre skills That seems more like something that would require artwork. Hmmm, not sure...
