Actually, the same form was used in Gen IV (diamond/Pearl/Platinum). ^_^; I apologize, I never really associated the term 'alerting' with the Day-Care Man subtly changing his position on the screen, I always associated it with him screaming his head off at you in the Gen V games.
Seilahyn, I caught a male Growlithe for you that has Flash Fire. If you'd rather have one with Intimidate or Justified (Hidden Ability), just let me know, and I'll try again. Oddly enough, EVERY OTHER Growlithe I ran into was female, so it took a little bit. I swear, my game is against me trying to help other people. x_x

I thought he used to call you on your pokegear or w/e Gen IV's electronic interactable device was? It had all those different screens you could flip through

That sounds like Heart Gold/Soul Silver, which I never did any breeding on. ._. I should've just kept my mouth shut in the first place.

I think on those devices you could watch your pokemon in the daycare on an app, and click on it to refresh, and if an egg was between them, then you knew to go pick it up.

@Falcon, maybe it was HG/SS. I got bored of the remake very fast unfortunately. I just wasn't really into Gen 2 even though a few dear favorite pokemon of mine came from that gen and Silver was my very first pokemon game. I'm gonna be a Hoenn fanatic till the day I die xD So excited for OR/AS!
@Makoes, ooooohhhhh okay, that's what that one was!

I'd honestly forgotten about that app for the Poketch even though I used it a few times. x_x; Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for the info. I put my Male Eevee and Female Vulpix together and they eventually started giving me eggs. Mostly Female Vulpix.. so getting a shiny Male is going to be hard. Traded all my babies away on the Wonder Trade then. Kept one Male.
@Falconcrest
That's fine. I just want to level him as I've always liked Arcanine. Sorry, work and all. I'm not sure what time would work best to arrange a trade. I'll probably be up til about 10:30PM EST tonight.. maybe. I have to work early tomorrow.

It's okay, I've been a total night owl lately (though it's killing me, so I'll probably go back to being awake during the day like I should be, bleh). I can get on right now if you'd like. I'm Shera on the game.

No problem! Sorry for the bit of trouble when my 'net decided to go on the fritz and made me have to back all the way out. It does that sometimes. I hope your new Growlithe works out well for you, and thank you for the Eevee!
Edit: I'll stick around for if you want to get my friend safari's third 'mon unlocked. It's Druddigon. :3 Yours is Golurk!

I find it funny the female trainer has been changed quite a bit and the male one still looks rather the same

Also, if I do say so myself, mega Diancie looks really nice. But why are they giving their first Gen 6 mega evolution to an event (?) Pokémon who hasn't even been released yet?
Makes me hopeful for more Gen 6 megas, though at the same time I feel it's too early to be slapping new evolutions on to brand new Pokémon.

I'm also liking Mega Diancie, and I was already a fan of her normal form to begin with, too. I'm in two minds over Mega Sceptile, and I'm not a fan of Mega Swampert (or Swampert in general).
