Solara lashed her tail, more or less disgusted. "More hostages. At this point, if they keep sending weaklings, it might be better off to kill them. Whoever their leader is, he can't be formidable if this is his army. We could take them down, easy."

Buzzard nodded, giving Cherrie an odd look. "...Wasn't that the Sunrise scout? She's... um, changed. A bit." After giving the cat another slightly disturbed look, he shook his entire body, scales rattling together. "Bah, hostages. At least we'll end up dragging their leader out at some point, though we might be standing on a mountain of bodies."

Solara flicked her tail, "No kidding. Bit...unnerving." The guards dragged the others that were sleeping over to Cherrie. They didn't want to touch the crazy feline thing. They formed a circle again, though they looked a bit tired. Solara nodded at them, allowing them to rest. She stayed on guard herself, watching them carefully. A few ghosts stuck around, ready to send them back to sleep. "I hope you're right. Most of us are searching for the mirror. We'll be overwhelmed soon enough." She said, sounding somewhat worried.

Buzzard shrugged. "I wouldn't be too worried... Though our forces may be scattered, there are enough of us close that if we needed help they would be able to come quickly. I see why you're concerned though. I'm not sure what we should do with these hostages..."

Solara nodded, stretching. "Letting them go would be stupid. Keeping them as bait...Perhaps killing one, to show their leader we're serious, and will not hesitate to destroy his troops? Or let them loose on the Dawn. If they're so against 'mutants' there are quite a few Dawn that fit that label." She flicked her tail, smirking at the thought.

Psychosis slumped down, trying to find a confortable position to sleep in, ears flicked forward. The humans hadn't found him yet, so he guessed he was safe for the moment. He wiggled himself so he was mostly on the floor, his feet propped up against a nearby crate and his arms folded up against his chest, glasses and pendulum clutched tightly. He sighed softly, closed his eyes and tried to let the rocking of the boat lull him to sleep.

Venin ducked her head inside the cavern, looking about. Scrawled across the walls were stange sigils and glyphs on an unknown language to her. The path seemed to spiral ahead, but it became too dark for her to really tell.
"Arkon!" She called out, twisting her head to look at the young group. "Think you could come up here and light this cave up?"

Asher, unafraid of the dark, walked inside, sniffing about. He could smell Baaz alright, and... something else? Something very earthy, whatever it was. He tried to move forward, only to have his mother snap down on his tail before he got too far ahead. He pouted a little, but sat down to wait for the others.

Lark was close behind, and she ran up too, looking around with narrowed eyes. "Er.. Hey, Ivy?" she called out, then slunk forward, trying to get around Venin and into the depths of the cave.

Arkon looked up and blinked before he padded forward. He let his flames move to light his fur, making him a rather large flame. "Is this good enough..?"

"Perfect." Venin responded with a toothy grin. "After you."

Ivika tilted her head at the cave, tail flicking. She wasn't scared of the dark, just a bit frightened about no sun. She let everyone go ahead of her, ears pricked, listening in case anything tried to sneak up them. Besides, this made her closer to the entrance, and the sun.

---

Solara snarled at Cherrie. Messed up cat thing. "You're as bad as Rosen or Cat-Fox!" She snapped at the sleeping cat, claws unsheathed, growling.

Arkon smiled and flicked his tail before he trotted into the cave. The dull glow lit up about three solid feet around him, then trailed away at close to five. He didn't go too far, glancing back at everyone and waiting for them.

Venin let go of Asher and stepped forward, tail flicking. Something about this place ser her fur on edge, she was glad not to be alone here.

Asher ran ahead, stopping just on the outskirts of the light of Arkon's fire. He could smell something ahead... it almost felt like ther was something pulling him down that dark ramp, something gently tugging at him, telling him to come and explore. He dare not leave his mother's sight, however, lest he get into trouble with her.

Draxis picked himself up off the floor and turned to the Arcanine.
"I dont know. Was it? I'm not the one acting strange here. First you come here alone. The when I ask what is going on, you say 'Its your task' or something then go charging off into these ruins. I'm not a fast as you so I use the one move that could make me keep up with you then you stop in the middle of the passage where there is no way to avoid you and then you act like its my fault." Draxis glared at Baaz after venting off at him.

Cherrie zombieishy attacked dusk at random, she clung to them tearing and slashing weakly with her claws to keep her around safely you would need to chain her up, imprison her somehow

Bond watched from afar, he was the smart type, the one who didn't rush into battle brainlessly, he tried to keep himself hidden, he was ready though if they sniffed him out and attacked him

Solara snarled, healing her Dusk. "Arceus, we should kill her. She's getting on my nerves, and is more trouble than she's worth." She paused, and a geodude stepped forward, growling. Rocks rumbled up from around Cherrie and the Dusk she had just killed, trapping them within.

Geodude used Rock Tomb!

Solara nodded with satisfaction. "Don't let her out." She ordered, glaring at the pile of rocks.

"It is your fault!" Baaz snapped, his hackles raised. "I told you clearly not to follow me, yet you disobeyed my orders, then came chasing after me like a madman in confined quaters. What did you suspect I would do, run? Perhaps I should have phased thought the walls? You say you were a soldier, then damn well act like one!"
The arcanine then turned around and moved away, the fire along his back reipling with an intense inferno. A small part of hm wondered why he was so angry. The Golett hadn't meant any harm, surely the extra help would be nice too. The thought was quickly quenched by his smoldering, irrational rage.

~

"Hear that?" Venin asked the group, face looking down the sloping corridor. "It's muffled and fait, but it'd definately the Fluffhead. We're close, let's get him!"

~

((Going to timeskip Psychosis a little, get him to the mirror quicker.))

Psychosis awoke when a crate smacked up against his head. Hissing in pain, the Remku sat up and clutched his head. He turned around... to see the crates he was hiding behind being moved by human hands. Were they ashore already? That seemed quick. He stood up, only to come face to face with human eyes.
Before the sailor could shout out, Psychosis raised his pendulum and sent the man asleep. Quickly and quietly, he moved between the crates and out of the porthole, jumping into the water nearby. He was at another human town now, although one that looked much different from the ones in his region. Where was he exactly? It didn't matter, he supposed. He swam awkwardly to shore, shook himself off, then closed his eyes to try and get a feel for that pulling sensation... Eastward. Ears folded back, the Remku moved off though the town, keeping out of sight.
