Thank you SO MUCH for that chart, Acherontia! I was hoping to find a good picture of the Huntress to see if they had glowy-eyes like Rak'shiri and Shy-Rotam...and oh my god I think they do I MUST HAVE ONE.

Benoni is getting a girlfriend, ASAP. *_* Well...I actually have one tamed, but a 'maybe' just became a definite 'yes!'

The wintersaber cub can be bought in the Everlook in for 50g. I heard that a nightsaber cub might be in the works for a loot card reward.

I just wanted to shout out to Noah..I've wanted the blue kitty skin and the white lion (for the alliance) forever. Thank you for all the new kitties and skin changes! My favorite pet to tame is the cat so I'm loving the changes

He's a quest target but he's always up...no quest needed to fight him.

Ohh, gotcha. Thanks for clearing this up for me! (relieved I dont have to hunt for more unique rares and/or make room for them, heh)

Ziarre, the white saber (Huntress) does indeed have glowy eyes. There's a slight overlap with the rest of the skin, like with some of the other models--so you can see the edge of the glowmap outlined against the fur. It's not a big deal, though, and overall it's really a beautiful model.

I've actually gone out and tamed a Huntress and will level it now on the Live realms--they just look THAT GOOD on the PTR!

Bumping this to say:

I've played with NPC-Scan a bit, and to tell you which pets will turn into which:

The current Stalkers will indeed change to the new Stalkers (blue-maned).
The current Huntresses will also change to Huntresses.
The current Cubs, however, will change into Young Frostsabers--the same model used currently--and the new Frostsaber Cubs will be, of course, untameable. This means you can't tame a current Cub and wind up with a cub model in 4.1, just a heads-up.

You mean...Benoni isn't supposed to have eyeliner?!

I think Duskstalker has the same eye-glow irregularity...it looks like Tahl's Indira is wearing green eyeshadow! Not that that's a bad thing, really - just makes her more special. She likes to look good when she roars into battle. ;p

Does the Huntress have a shine to her? There are some spots on her that remind me of the shine that is on the hunched shiny cats.

And I'm so happy about these changes, but sadly they are not the sabercats that have been my wishlist for so long.

and anyone? I dont want it with the saddles and such-just those colors.

Yah, I'm fairly sure the 60% Nightsaber mounts all have the eye-glow overlap as well. It's not a big deal though, really.

And yes, Merlynshade--the Huntress is rather glossy!

I did check, but no "no saddle" versions of those skins in the database yet.

What about the mist saber(grey with purple eyes)?

...Dang. I still feel weird with a shiny pet.

Are any of the others glossy? The regular white tigers looked a bit shiny too.

/cheer for everything, but what about the white non-saber cats?! D: I've always wanted one of those... and my baby hunter who I've been planning to get one on is only 53!
