Buzzard would like to know why his sister (er, Solara. Long story.) is upset. If this explanation uses any words besides "Sorry sir I'll be going now sir" then he will be a very angry raging fire beast.
He also makes a point that this has nothing to do with any previous history between any two or more people or pokemon, thank you very much.
