Well, I got mine at a vendor on campus. The style seems pretty popular around here in the winter. There's a couple people that bring them to their on campus booths (our university center pretty much is like a side-walk sale type in you see in malls most days... Or club/event booths), and some of the booths/carts in the mall get them too, heh.

"Threatening" to contact the proper government agencies to report employee rights problems is awesome. I've had some issues that have been pretty much unresolved for 3 or 4 weeks now.. And they're issues involving me not receiving pay. After contacting them NUMEROUS times to try and get the issue resolved I finally said "Okay.. if it's not done by the end of the week, I'll have to contact the labor board, sorry. I hope it doesn't come to that, but I have to do what I have to do".

After almost 4 WEEKS of no actual response on the issue... I get a call within HOURS of making that statement. Saying "Okay, I'm really sorry, I'll try and get that time pushed onto your next deposit, I'll get back to you in an hour or so and let you know what the plan is" ...

Knowing who to complain to to go over EVERYONE'S head is awesome Or even just pretending you do >.> Though.. I actually do.. One of my previous employers was REALLY bad with employee rights...

When you're winning, people realize that they should be getting more hk's for even more honour (instead of, say, defending things). So they go out and do that. You dont know how many times I have wanted to scream at people in battlegrounds... LOOK AT YOUR BUFFS. YOU GET MORE HONOR FOR FIGHTING *ON* A FLAG. OMG WHAT ARE YOU DOING AT STABLES. (Lowbie horde BGs. lol)

And then, I actually got raged at in a battleground chat because my rogue with a full 4 total HKs compared to this Hunter who had like 15+ had more honor so far in the game then he did. And he tried to say that I was either 1.) Hacking, or 2.) The game was broke. Its amazing what fighting on a flag will do for you.

I'm loving today's WoW Moviewatch over on WoW Insider. I've had the song stuck in my head all day and I keep going back to watch the video again. The song is so fitting for the Forsaken.

I am really hungry, but I was Good Daughter and let people make their lunch before me. And, argh, DMV, why is your line so long? I don't mind waiting till next week to get my learner's permit, but seriously. WHY SO LONG?

You will - just keep running through it. The unconscious is amazingly teachable.

The thing that always worked best for me was to try and imagine, "what if I was ONLY allowed to speak in Shakespearean", how would I phrase simple things, e.g. make it into some sort of working vocabulary (I seem to recall working it into a few drinking games...), and then the words will seem (at least here and there) more "functional" and less strange/flowery.

Thanks, Worba! It's the second half that I'll have to run tonight until I can't stand it anymore. A lot of people discredit Shakespeare, but the language and especially the alliteration (the vasty fields of France) is just beautiful. My Uni did The Life and Death of Richard III last year, and doing Hamlet this year. My Theatre Geek is very happy.

In other random thoughts: It's nice catching up with friends that I haven't seen in four months. I've missed that Italian freak way too much.

Stuck at campus waiting for my mom to pick me up (ihome is a 30 min drive from here and I lack a car >.<) so I'm waiting here and some guy gets out of the elevator. He's talking on his cell phone and says "What have you done with my wife?" I think that's a little odd but then he says "Oh... So what are you gonna do with her?" I try not to stare at this guy. The way he said these things was just rather humorous and a tad creepy xD

So now I am just sitting here wondering who he was talking to. O.o
