You offer to check Bazzul's bandaged eye. He doesn't trust you yet, and refuses! Maybe you have something you can offer to him to gain his trust?

You have asked to see his eye too many times. He responds with a RUDE GESTURE.

That's brilliant. xDDD

Apologise, and say you just wanted to help, drop it, and start talking about how you can escape.

Ask if he knows a way out.

Find out what class the Troll is, perhaps he has some abilities that could help you both.

He's pleased that you offer an APOLOGY, and accepts it. He has no idea how he came in here, and therefore, has no idea how to get out. He's as baffled as you are.

Bazzul is a MAGE! The both of you can have four abilities each, and he's able to perform FIREBALL, FROST NOVA, CONJURE FOOD, and POLYMORPH: BLACK CAT. He also has the innate ability ARCANE INTELLECT! As he's currently feeling generous, he casts it on the both of you. You gain +5 INT!

Have him polymorph you into a cat so you can sneak through the windows, or perhaps the bars on the lower floor?

This is a VERY good idea, who'd suspect a little kitty cat?

Ask him how long polymorph would work.

You ask him to cast POLYMORPH: BLACK CAT on you. However, it seems that his kindness was misplaced as he is now out of MANA! He has nothing in his inventory to help his predicament either.

He asks if you have any water or mana biscuits.

Review inventory! I looked back and there's something that looks like a vial or sorts...

You are currently carrying BROKEN ARROWHEAD, FLASK OF WATER, TINY KEY, and STRANGE SEAL.

Give Flask of Water to mage to replenish his Mana, then try Polymorph?

Bazzul takes FLASK OF WATER. It replenishes his magic just enough to be able to cast POLYMORPH: BLACK CAT. The gift of water has also raised his trust in you, slightly.

You are a kitty! Meow meow meow!

Can you fit through the arrow slit windows? If not at least see what you can observe from their vantage.

Then see if you can fit through the iron bars downstairs, perhaps undo the lock from the outside. :D

Well polymorph is short, so I'd wager it's gotta be one or the other. I'd say to try the slits/windows.

But then we'd leave our troll behind!

"Joo can't do that ta' me, mon! That be mean!"
