Yes, she comissioned it, hence why she had all those pictures + concept art for it.
And yeah, probably will be locked. Though, I didn't mean to start a flame war or anything. Just wasn't right for me to ignore it once I saw it.

And Zuilu, you didn't do anything wrong in my opinion. This kind of thing has to be addressed when it happens and you did the right thing not ignoring it
