Unless its a snake. and not ghostly. Id like to see something dark and mean looking for once.

I'd absolutely love a white, armored Devilsaur! And the only thing really "stoke"-worthy would be Cloud Serpents. In the public test realm, it's been said that all of the Cloud Serpents are now beasts.

I highly doubt cloud serpents will be tameable....as cool as they are...they are far too draconic.

Every single one? Hmm. I still doubt it but that is kinda weird otherwise.

Quivering said he found a Cloud Serpent with a diet. And live, 3 different-named Cloud Serpents are labeled beasts. And Wain I believe... yes, I checked Wain said that he hasn't checked but that all remaining Cloud Serpents should be beasts.

For example, Alani's a beast on live.

we are only just in the middle of the PTR if even that! we still should have a few more builds and a bunch of new stuff before it ends. plenty of time for a spirit beast to sneak its way in!

Well, next patch will bring achievement for 2012 X-Mas gifts, so it probably comes before that. Also, patch includes next part of legendary chain, and one must complete current legendary quests before he/she can start new ones. As people need to kill Sha of Fear (which unlocks 13/14 of November) for chain, patch probably doesn't come before that.
In short, my best guess is that patch 5.1 comes at the end of November or at the start of December.

I vote a spirit beast with the tameable tiger model that's solid.
With glow-y eyes \ markings like Loque. :3
I'd be all over that.
