All silkworms do it. It is pure adorableness. (And why my Scylla turned into a silkworm; she introduced herself to me with that flip...)

I first saw that and squealed like a Fangirl, it's making me love my silkworms alot

Got mine today and I didn't even have to wait long for Clutchmother Zavas to respawn (about an hour and a half). Named him MachoGrubba since it fit just right and the name comes from a game I used to play a while ago. All in all it's an awesome pet.

Is she up on for anyone at the moment? Would love to have one of these!

So I wake up this morning… merglglglglgl uhhhgg hate mornings…not a morning person…must go camp Aeonaxx…check YouTube and- whoa new “where the wild things are” and someone found a new maggot! Must have! Now!
I got my giant worm/ watermelon of doom this afternoon and named him Infection seeing how my amber one is named Sickness. It is *so* tempting to rename him watermelon though! >.<
I imminently jumped into action and called in a fellow hunter for the tame. He then proceeded to invite every hunter he knew so they could come tame the worm. Unfortunately, most of them only had 150% flying and a Horde came and facerolled the rare before everyone could get there. =/
Here is a quick screenie of the rare that spawns the buggers. You can clearly see the worm to the side and another egg under her that is about to hatch. I recomend using tab target so you don’t bop the mommy by mistake.

And last of all… here he is pretending to be a Christmas tree.

So it looks like creatures spawned from another mob via combat are producing tamable pets now. Anyone have a list of other creatures that we should check? Maggot or otherwise?

Currently power leveling my other, other, other Hunter, on WrA level 61, to tame this fat green ball of squishy love: lol:

I remember someone disappointed worms spawned by Fankriss were untameable because "creature already controlled". Worth a check, especially since people are soloing AQ these days for the mini pets.

After reading about this new wormie last night I decided to go and find the clutchmother. Unfortunately she wasn't up so I logged off and went to bed. Finally log on this morning and there she is! I'm glad I left my active pet passive .

I left her up if anyone wants to group quickly and tame one, my battletag is Cynfire1478#1990, sadly I only have a few minutes before I gotta go, hubby wants to go shopping >.>

Seems a hunter from another server is camping her on main server. But I did get it on Deadwillow on my other server. Not sure of a name for him just yet.

Since it hasn't been posted in this thread yet, I'll repeat the info that these guys will no longer be tameable in 5.2 and could potentially be hotfixed before then, so be sure to get yours ASAP.

This is up on Alexstraza - US right now

They are, I just updated it for 5.2 since they aren't tamable in the ptr.

Just couldn't click with this green one, it looked like a big gummy worm with a huge butt hole or some other orifice, I much prefer the dread wastes worm.

Since the Clutchmother has been in the game since the beginning... has anyone else wondered how long these grubs may have been tamable???

Just snatched one of these guys up. Can confirm they are still tamable on live servers (Got mine on Moon Guard, 7 PM server time) as of 1/17/12.

I heavily suggest getting one of these before they patch them, as sources say they aren't tamable on the PTR.
