To my knowledge they've only directly given keys to one (maybe two now?) fansites so far. So yeah, Petopia is WAY down the list compared to names like Wowhead
Most of the key giveaways that you see on other sites (at least that I've seen) were ones that were picked up by site attendees at PAX.

I got my invite today and I'm downloading right now. Character Copy is in maintenance though.
