I honestly have had alot of moments like the ones described for the past 4 pages... minus the interlude of trolling.
Just last week, while inside my office, i heard a train go past outside, and some little kid said "Choo Choo!", i seriously looked in my bag next to my chair for the Toy Train Destroyer.
Ive often stayed up for 2 days strait, and when my boss tells me to hurry up, i drink my orange drink thinking its a haste pot.
i will sometimes hear my name bieng called by people at my work, and think im getting /w'd
while waiting for food to cook sometimes i think to myself, damn this has a long cast time (1 sec cooking in wow ftw)
Often while cleaning, and i get cut, my manager comes over to give me a bandaid, and i think to myself, stop wasting that damn bandage on me, ill just use flash heal.
My friends and i will troll Omegel and other chat sites with LFG quotes.
While in Walmart ive actually thought to myslef, wow trade chat is dead this morning.
My damn list goes on and on, but it just made me realize how much i play T_T

There's an animal rights group in my area. Everyone knows that they are the ones who broke into and vandalized a factory downtown, they just weren't convicted of it. Anyhow, they were holding some sort of protest, and guess what I thought as I walked past them?
"Damn druids."

My family and I went shopping at the Walmart in town today. Our Walmart is one of those where it's full of unhelpful employees, pushy-shovy and/or rude customers, and both workers and shoppers seem to always be in a rush. The store here is a mad house year round. So anyway.. My mom, dad, room mate, and myself all decided to go on the shopping trip and as we were pulling up to the front of the store I caught myself thinking "We really shouldn't be raiding this place with only a partial group..".

There's a local street sweeper vehicle that has a unique quirk when it comes down our street - when it passes over anything, like a branch or a bit of metal, it roars like a beast - well, in my fucked up imagination it does. On approach about halfway down where our place is there's this crack in the sidewalk about a foot wide from an uprooted tree a couple weeks back during our gale-force wind fiasco. Council still hasn't repaired it yet, so apart from garbage trucks and that street sweeper, no one's allowed to drive near it for fear of further collapse.
This morning at the philestinic hour of 5am, hubby prodded me in the back and told me he'd forgotten to put the rubbish out for collection. Copious amount of cussing later and getting rugged up in the darkness, I go out to do the job. From the bedroom hubby also makes mention he didn't pick up yesterday's mail either. Bummer may horace...
Normally when it's ice cold outside, I am fully awake due to the shock of it. Not today.
Anyway, out little me goes with the bins. I'm only just aware that the street sweeper's making its rounds down our street. It must have had a new guy behind the wheel today, because he hit that crack with some speed and I SWEAR TO P.DAWG it mada a sound similar to a Devilsaur's roar.
Cue a fluttering of letters and junk mail as I dive behind the mailboxes screaming "DEVILSAUR NINJAAAAHOMG" at the top of my lungs.
...I haven't had the courage to poke my head out of the house since...

Our English teacher was explaining the origins of a few words today in class. He mentioned at one point that "this would be a good word to add to your lexicon." And the first thing I thought of was glyphs. >>;

Driving home from work, i'm sitting at a light waiting for it to change when I glance over and see a plant in the patch of green on the corner and think, "silverleaf".

I can laugh about it now, but, holy shit I swear to the almighty prairie dawg I was ducked under our mailboxes shivering like a gnomish mage under one of the Un'goro tree roots. At 5am, someone must have muttered "bloody gamers" in my direction XD
Just so you know, my husband has not let me live it down yet XD

Those are hillarious. I just know I play too much wow because A) I go to a RL event and have absolutely nothing to say to anyone until I overhear someone complaining about paladins... or B) I dream about it.
I kept having this dream where I am frantically trying to find someone and I'm clutching something in my hands with a deathgrip. I fight through all kinds of terrain and crowds only to find a guy with a question mark above his head. You dream this a few times and its REALLY time to take a good long breather.
On another note, my wife and I did a lot of mining around badlands, searing gorge upping her mining and engineering. One night, I'm turned away from her while she's tossing and turning, mumbling something adorable in her sleep when she throws her leg over mine, straddles me (horizontally), kicks me a little and says barely coherently, "ok..... let's go.". She had a dream about mining in the badlands and apparently I was her hawkstrider

*snorts on her drink* That's probably one of the funniest sleep-WoWing encounters I've ever heard. xD I constantly have dreams about playing the game, sometimes something as dull as just wandering around Orgrimmar and checking the AH. Lately (due to our Petopian Guild) I've been having more dreams about groups of us trying to track down and tame some rare beast. Haha, gotta love being a geek.

I often catch myself trying to adjust camera angle on photos, etc.
And the other day, when I had a real bad chest cold, I caught myself thinking "I wish the cooldown on my cough syrup would hurry up."
And then the dream I had about taming Aotona...lol...in the dream, the tame wasn't going well, so I just threw a throw rug over her and sat on her. It worked.

I got the husband back for laughing at me about the Devilsaur thing! I finally got his ass back!
This morning, Saturday, crack o' dawn, we're still asleep. Suddenly he wakes up (or what I thought was him waking up), catapults outta bed, grabs me by a leg and yells "DAMMIT HONEY WE'RE GONNA MISS THE BOAT TO NORTHREND! HURRY UUUUUUUUPPPPPPPP!!!"
He was dreaming about his character and my character being amongst the first Alliance to set foot on the icy snows (and obviously we'd overslept) and was so convinced that we were ingame because he had one hand on my leg and the other on my "cape"...our doona. Needless to say, both my hands were on the bedhead because I for one don't like "interesting awakenings" at 7am on a weekend.
...1 carefully timed glass of water to his face later...he wakes up, shakes his head, realised what he's doing and there's silence. Dead freakin' silence. He looks at me, looks at his hand on my leg, and on the doona, and then says "...Northrend's out already, right?" I nod quietly. He lets go of my leg and walks out of the bedroom.
He's now sitting in the living room playing FFXIII. I cannot for the life of me walk into the living room without smegging cracking up!
Ahhhh, it's wonderful being a married gamer and WoW-addicted XD

I don't know how I'd do it without a geek fiance, either.
Today we were trying to get the dogs out of the way while we moved furniture. We decided to put them in the bedroom, which has two doors. We got them in and I was closing my door when they looked like they were going to run past my fiance as he was leaving. I whistled through the crack in the door and we both closed our doors. I told him, "See, I said I'd pull the aggro off of you." Since we both have hunters, maybe I should have suggested we use misdirect.
I've found myself wanting to have the questhelper in real life.
I've also wished that important objects sparkled.

True, true- since I was pulling it to me instead of him putting it on me. Good thing I exited the instance before they got me.

Eh, every now and then when someone I don't want to talk too comes up to me I think, "Oh boy. So and so aggro. FEIGN DEATH!"

I wanted to sneak past my boss at work so that he wouldn't ask me to do something pointless :p So I get into the human stealth position and sneak by him. He even looked in my direction and just walked by. Real life stealth... WHo'd ever think it'd work?

Ah well, I tried to find a picture online but couldn't. Maybe someone else can, maybe post, hehe.
Saw a street sign today as I was out, and it showed the road I was on splits into three other roads. One straight, one to the left, and one to the right.
The only thing that popped into my mind was "HOLY SHIT HYDRAS, JESUS AND I'M OUT OF AMMO!! FSK WHERE'S THE AMMO VENDOR?!"
