Currently on live this cats only summoned by a horde NPC...has that changed in Beta then?

In Beta the cat is just standing around for everybody to tame. The little camp where Winna Hazzard is at is no longer friendly to Horde either, it and she have been corrupted.

Sure can wildstormz. She's only 82, and I need to get her to 85 still, so I'll take her into Twilight Highlands and record some killing of random things. I like killing random things!

Now that the New old world is up on the ptr, I went and tamed this guy on my non-beta self.
He was up everytime I passed by the area.
