I'm pretty sure it isn't leveling that does it. My bird has leveled three times and has never lost its mist.

Got tamed mine today on the 2nd try, with 0% haste. First try I might've messed up on the timing or lagged a bit, when I hit tame at 49.5 seconds on my stopwatch, my tame failed at 0.5 seconds left. So logically, I did it again and started the tame at 49.0 seconds and voila, I got the bird with the aura!

He chugged something, not sure if it was a potion or an alcohol or what. I was too busy snapping screenshots to ask what it was, hehe. He wanted to be ghostly like his bird for some pics.Cialbi wrote:Rhyela, what's with the see-through huntress?

I seem to be the suck at this.
I don't get a failed message, I don't get the pet tamed, but well - it's not there when I log back in either.
woo couple more tries and I got it!
I got naked. Heck any excuse amiright?
And with a 400 ping I started the tame when the stop watch was on 48 seconds. No bird in my summon list, logged out and the bird was showing - logged in and it's glowing baby!

I'm not sure, I went to go poke around Azshara the other night, but the Alliance fp was nixed when they revamped the zone up. I haven't tried exploring yet though : /

after trys and fais and close calls i got this beauty! i had soe haste food i ate and i hit my timer on my phone a seconed early ( i started tame at 51s) and nothing happened really.. i was like dang failed again sooo aggroed another. another one spawned, hit tame right after to see and no dice couldnt tame. I was like omg.. i hope... i HOPE. soo i kill the bird log, log back on call pet and BAM! im so happy! thank you corf for the name! Meet Lalorna!

Me and my friend been trying for 1hour still cannot get it perfect lol do we need 0 haste ? or something...

I did Make a second tame up till server dc madness began he still had it's misty ghosty look remain hopefull i was again in sholazar as i have been camping KK for 2 days with nothing but a loque to pass on to show for it ... funny 4 weeks camping for loq kk twice 3 days camping kk see loque .... course when i was looking for loq i passed an aotona to someone (both 80 hunters have him/her)

Got this on try #1 today, but wouldn't have even known about it, let alone been able to tame it without the guide, much thanks, now to go get chromaggus.

Managed to get this after the random dcs stopped happening earlier. He was much easier to get than the Lone Hunter. The glow effect looks really nice in dark areas
