Just tamed one now, but as the debuff/buff is actually timed, it should disappear after the timer runs out. Testing to be sure though.

The Corrupted Bloodtalon loses its buff if it dies, dunno if the same is true once the timer runs out, though logic says it must be so.

And yeah, tested the Deviate Bloodtalon--it's a timed buff, so it just runs out

herm anyone can help me. Tried the macro for hours to no avail

i tame beast and as the taming near completion I spamed the macro that I had put on my hotbar, keybinded to 1, and it only abandon my pet..

Works with these guys I'm about to test if it lasts through death by commiting suicide haha.

Update: pink tallstrider wont keep buff after death.

Has anyone checked those Bottle crabs with this method yet?

I haven't, actually--I am pretty sure they lose the bottle after death, but it'd be cool if someone can find out if they keep it this way temporarily?

They're the ones off the coast of Swamp of Sorrows from the Goblin town in the far northeast--the ones actually down in the water, not the Giant versions on the shore.

Fire boar tamed. Here is the happy couple with the ghost wolf from Ashenvale and the boar on fire from quest in Mulgore. The timing to get the fire boar is a little tricky. But he followed the instructions from a previous post and it worked in only a few tries.
