I FREAKING GOT HIRED. *FINALLY*

It's not in my field (ultimately I'm looking for an animation/film or game design type job) but nobody's hiring right now there. So I applied to a whole bunch of retail stores for the upcoming holiday rush, and today I just got a call back from one of them inviting me to orientation training and all that fun stuff.

So yeah. A JOB. FINALLY, after three and a half months of searching, a JOB.

My achievement of the day was finally completing the first stage of the Argent Tournament quests and getting the Silvermoon City Champion. I'm waaay late on the game, but I have never been a 'dailies' person. Vel finally motivated me to do them. x)


I'm not sure how long my little Orc companion will last. >.>

Grats Veph I figured all you needed was a little push.

Now you can start working on the second half: the dalies that give the Crusader marks Just a few more days and you can has raptor!

I actually took a good look at the Forsaken Warhorse (that purple+blue striped one) and I think I might have to go for that first. I'm in love with it! xD Then Raptor for sure. :3

Just remember that each faction offers 2 mounts. One is really easy to get (5 Champion's Seals plus 500G, in other words, 1 day of dalies plus cash). The other is 100 Champions seals and will be a bit of a grind.

Sadly, the blue-and-purple striped one is 100 Seals. http://www.wowhead.com/item=45597/forsaken-warhorse Sooo....g'luck with that XP The white horse is the 5Seals/500G one for the Forsaken.

Hehe, yeah I noticed. x) I seem to have 60 Seals already, so I'll just work at it. :3

If you end up doing the grind on Misty as well, there's a special paladin-only tournament mount that unlocks when you're an exalted champion with everyone: horsie. It's pretty similar to the one that unlocks for everyone, though, which you can get on Veph.

Although I'm not quite finished with this particular accomplishment, I'm feeling really proud of myself already.

And Veph...how the heck do you have 60 seals already without having ever done the dalies? O_O

She probably ran ToC heroic a lot. You get seals from the bosses in there.

In that case, am I just really ignorant, or have things changed since then? Cause...I totally don't remember getting any seals while running the heroic 5 man trying to get gear....but I have been known to miss things before...XP

Yeah, heroic 5man ToC. It's been like that since the beginning, if I'm not mistaken. I run dungeons with only chat showing though, cause the loot rolls make me miss tells. >_< But I'm fairly certain it's always been that way. Definitely has been for a long time.

Lol....clearly, I don't pay enough attention then....I've run heroic only 2-3 times, but I never noticed that I was getting Seals in it XD

It wasn't that way from the beginning. It was added in a patch.

yeah you get 3 seals for a heroic TOC run. so do it 20 times and them whammy.

The first comment about him on wowhead, dated august 9, 2009 (or am I reading the dates wrong?) points out that he drops a champion's seal on heroic mode though... when was he added in? Oh here we go, wowwiki says ToC was added on August 4th.

Anyway, I don't know. I'm not trying to argue one way or the other, I'm just curious now.
