Speaking of Walmart, the whole reason I came to post here was to show what I found there today.. but got distracted.



They were just tossed on the shelf where all the TCG were. Only one Fennekin so I snatched it up. I figured I'd grab a Foakie, too, and they didn't have any Chespin. They're the TOMY plushies, so they aren't near as soft and minky as the Pokemon Center ones. But I can't argue with 9.98$ for each.

Goodness I just had a mini heart attack. I was using the pokéradar for shiny hunting reasons. I was tracking some dittos. All was well. Then, the grass just shakes really slow. Still, I pick the fastest one.

I was expecting this small eyed purple blob that resembles a lilac boggie, not this pink ball of bubblegum with eyes like O-O staring at me! I was really close to the screen too, so I could spot which was the fast moving grass...damn you jigglypuff. Right. Time to find a shiny Zoroark ^_^ … -.- I've got a few shinies to hunt now.

WOOOHHH OKAY. What did I just watch? Me and the boyfriend have been watching episodes of the XY anime as it's been coming out and we just caught up on the last three English episodes, centered around Korrina (who has a god annoying voice in the anime) and her Lucario. But in the third part (or 32nd episode of the series) Lucario manages to mega-evolve and goes... kinda batshit insane? He stops listening to Korrina and goes all crazy-eyed, there's a point where he clenches his teeth and it sounds like bones breaking. O.O He also picks up Pikachu in his mouth by the tail and spins him around?! Honestly it probably sounds pretty silly but thinks got dark very fast. Needs to be seen to be believed. Really weirded us both out. o.O

But in other news, one of the 'Who's that Pokemon?' half way points featured Blaziken and omg we could not stop laughing at the voice they've given Blaziken. It's hilarious. xD

So playing SoulSilver…decided to not get an Octilary and get a Dewgon or Gyarados. Dewgon fit the name I had picked out better and I LOVE seals so I caught myself a Seel, then…I was surfing near Lake of Rage and a level 50 Magikarp appeared x.x It was like the game was telling me to have a Gyarados instead cuz I hadn't even used my Rare Candy yet. Now I just need to get Waterfall, Earthquake and some other moves for her cuz all she really knows is…Tackle…

I also got a Xerneas and all the markers are filled that people use for IV's but I need to research what each line of text the IV-checker guy translates into. I don't believe it's actually 6IV'd across the board but it's definitely better than my Xerneas! Bold nature too~

My boyfriend, who's a huge fan of both Talonflame and Joltik, is super duper pleased about this. xD I'm happy to see Talonflame finally getting some love! And Manectric and Diancie packs! ♥

On a side note, they're really liking their F's aren't they? Flashfire, Furious Fists and Phantom Forces?

Is anyone watching the live stream? Pokemon Tekken? YES PLEASE

It's exclusive to arcade. Most anti-climatic 'special shocking announcement' of all time. :/

Well it makes sense. That's how most people play Tekken anymore. Most arcade games have a system game counterpart though so who knows what may happen in the end. The only part that really bums me out is that there's no arcades around here T.T

It'll be a Japanese arcade exclusive anyway. Honestly it looks like a generic fighting game to me so I probably wouldn't pick it up straight away anyway even if it was on consoles. :/

I just don't see what's so 'shocking' about that announcement, since that's how they advertised it. And why was it worthy of a week's in advance notice and a livestream?

Well it is supposed to be a generic fighting game but the graphics are wicked and it's Pokemon in a different light, a light that some fans have wanted to see Pokemon in. It's more realistic. If Pokemon were real, it wouldn't be turn based, it'd be like a street fight. I'm sure if it receives well enough they will release it on at least the Wii U. It's sales are hurting and I honestly don't see many ways for them to fix that since they're releasing one of their biggest games, SSB, on the 3DS as well.

I think it's labeled as 'shocking' cuz its very different. Nintendo games are usually known to be kid friendly, but recently they've been taking their classic games and mixing in elements of more violent classic games. A few months ago they announced a Dynasty Warriors like Zelda game, and now a Tekken like Pokemon game. It's just something very different for Nintendo and these classic games, and the last thing many fans expected.

I was actually tempted to do this since…what else am I supposed to do with my Master Ball? I usually save it for the Pokemon that flees, but the only one that does that in X and Y has a different mechanic than the usual fleeing Pokemon that makes it not need a Master Ball to catch. But, I decided I'm going to use my Master Ball on a Bidoof instead. Yes, a Bidoof. And I will breed the ultimate Bidoof and use it for competitive battles cuz…how awesome would that be!?

Sorry if I'm seeming rather negative about this whole thing by the way. I don't mean to, I'm just really disappointed and it's hard for me to sound positive when that happens. x'D

I really am not sure, I like a lot of things and have a few pokes but most have bad natures for what they are, so something with a good nature would be nice
