Saturday, I got the HH mount.
Sunday, I got the Twilight Drake and Twilight Vanquisher (first OS 3D zerg and all my rolls win)
Monday, I got kingslayer.
Tuesday, I score a run through ICC10 on my druid and went from TOC/LK 5 man gear to getting 6 items of 251 ilevel and bought 1 264 idol for kicks.
Wednesday, I downed C'thun and Illidan for the first time evar. Granted, its not very climactic, but my ICC group didn't log on to finish the raid. :p

You could say its been a good week :D.

Nice Epic! Sounds like you've been busy ;)

... I finally tamed Loque, almost two years after I began looking for him. :D

I've been doing daily rounds of all the spirit beast spawns (don't have enough continuous play time for a decent camp) in the vain hope of getting one. I encountered my first hunter tit. I landed at Arcturis spawn and he landed next to me, got all 3 other spirit beasts out one after the other (still with original names) to cache my NPCscan and then just sat there.

Accomplishment: Got my Wrathful bow! Woo!

I discovered that saying, in /g, "TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO <insert what you want to accomplish here>!" (In caps, like a real Klingon) actually gets me what I want.

Yesterday I declared it was a good day to catch spirit beasts and I tamed Gondria.
Today was a good day to get HH mount, and sure enough, I did win it on my hunter.

Qapla'!

Okay, Loethlin, I admit it - that's a cool avatar. And the look on Spock's face in your sig is just priceless.

I finally got the Superior achivement on Silinrul today. Honestly the only thing I've been waiting on for ages is the boots XP But with the switch to Justice Points I was able to buy a pair of nice boots that were an improvement and also over the required item level, so now Silinrul is Superior :)

(And also halfway to Epic but seeing as Cata is like a month away now, I'm not gonna try too hard for that one. I'm done gearing her and will save my remaining Justice Points for the expansion).

Also did my first dungeon run (Forge of Souls) since the expansion. Felt a little klutzy at first, but I gradually got into the swing of things, and managed to stay steady with my damage input by the end of the run. :D

I grabbed Soriid the Devourer on Callik last night. Then I found out his/her model isn't changing come Expansion.

Now I have my first Silithid.

My Holy Priest finally hit 80!

*party party party*

Edit:
She's also been healing some heroics, including FoS and PoS.

Well it was a pretty terrible run (the pally healer didn't believe in Beacon, which surprised even me; I'm not a healing expert by far, but from what I've read Beacon is one of a pally's few OCRAP heal moves). BUT, I managed to score Belt of Merciless Cruelty for Taigi's first-ever run to regular ToC. Made me quite happy, because I don't plan to do any major gearing with her via spending my points, but if stuff drops I'll obviously take it.

My drop luck has been terrible up until now, so I'm glad it's starting to work in Taigi's favor at least a little.

(Though naturally it would do so as soon as it didn't matter anymore really...)

I went to ICC raid for the first time ever on any toon last night.

Sadly not on my hunter, on my druid.

To tank.

I've not tanked since 4.0.1 hit - I had to log to it, put together a tank kit from my bags, make up a spec, visit the trainer so I actually had bear form, and load my action bars. New abilities, changed old ones (maul's now an instant, swipe has a cooldown, WTF is pummel? etc etc).

I should also point out this character has T9 only, maybe 2 bits of 232 stuff too - the last thing it tanked was back when ToC was big news. In the last 12 months it has been brought out about 35 times to do enchants for my hunter, and once (two months ago) when it tanked a heroic.

So I went in with my massively forgiving guild, got constant tactics whispers from the other tank, and we downed... erm, I don't even know the bosses' names! In the first-four achieve we killed 2, 3 and 4 (I wasn't there for 1), which includes the gunship. We killed the professor (good news everybody!), we killed the blood council (apparently)...

It was bloody brilliant fun, but I was sh*tting myself the whole time, terrified I'd be letting the guild down. We had one wipe because at the council, the purple-orbs chap could one-shot me from full health if I missed an orb, but swapping tank roles we were just fine.

If anyone who knows these things wants to check out which bosses we actually did and/or what gear I had on, the character is Mockingbird on Azjol-Nerub. You can also see the chest, boots and weapon I picked up while in there :D

I'd link em but armory is inaccessible from here.

Ooooh that weapon, Mockingbird.. good looking AND delicious! :D Congrats on an awesome run! :)

I find that tanking's usually not one of those things you can learn any other way, there's no "guide" to it because it's so situational - not just to the encounter but also to the people that are with you. Scary as hell when you first start (or restart, as it were), but a good guild definitely helps! :D

Nice, Vel! Beacon *should* be up from a holy pally at all times, just because whoever has beacon on them will pick up some healing while the paladin heals other people. Makes healing tons easier. xD

Grats, Mock! Getting that far with t9 and basically no idea what you were doing is still a pretty big deal, even with the buff! Especially as a tank... Good work! ^_^

Gratz! It's a nice achiev, it shows skill, since you can't just outgear it.

Best title in the game? Either Private or Twilight Vanquisher. I actually got a whisper from some twilight fan while wearing it, and since then it's been a personal favorite of mine! xD
