So I keep seeing something called Wish Rising all over tumblr and I have no idea what's going on with it and what you do for it but I saw someone I'm following pine over a dragon just out of their reach that would serve as a mate to another dragon they were cooing over earlier so I bought the baby and sent it to them as a gift cause I wanted to do something from seeing all the wish rising stuff but had no idea how to go about doing it xD

That's exactly how you go about Wish Rising, Shalyth. xD People post wishlists, other people see them and send stuff if they feel like it.

I honestly have no idea what I'd ask for, things I need are pretty much genes and that fancy royal cape from the marketplace nnnnn. I can never catch the cape, I've yet to see it on the site so I'm guessing its stupidly rare
