What will happen to my eggs? With all this maintenance I haven't been able to incubate or hatch them. Will they die?

Which is a good thing, because remember when eggs could die? that was terrible T.T At least now we dont have to worry about then dying, but the delay on my 5 egg nest is making me...Itchy.
