Ok, I'm back.

I was assigned the White chimera, Simple tame. I went out and tamed it. I had actually a week prior just let the exact same one go cause I couldn't remember why I ever tamed it to start. Then I remembered there's a bosses name in AQ 40 who drops a mini pet, but you need to do frost damage to kill him. Which for hunters, this is the best way. He drops a mini pet. Seeing as I collect mini pets that's why I originally got him.

Anywho, I started bringing him all around with me to everywhere I visited. One of the most nostalgic places I visited was the crystal cave in Ungoro Crater, No specific reason with the Chimera in particular, I just missed that cave.

I personally am not a huge fan of Chimeras and found it very hard to not take pictures that didn't seem horribly cliche to me.

He does get rather annoying when your trying to loot, but overall his AoE frost breathe since I farm ZF comes in handy when you get the annoying little critters hitting you and you are having a hard time seeing them I put him on defensive and he kills them in mass with ease.

Overall, Not a huge fan, aside from just not being a chimera fan, the flapping with the size can get fairly annoying especially if you sell green mog gear like myself and constantly find yourself having to angle the camera, as far as pet utility to me he certainly did come in handy for AQ 40 but I'm not sure if I'm going to keep him due to the limited room in my stables.

Wouldn't recommend myself but to each their own.

I would loved to be rolled for a random pet or series of pets! I have picked up my lowbie blood elf hunter Isseya and have decided to level her. She is currently 63, though I imagine she will be leveled up fairly quickly.

Only exclusion is no mechanicals!

I can't remember the last time there have been so many rolls. Happy hunting folks! I might have to get around to doing one of these soon.

It's alittle ironic since I was thinking of trying out the black hydra on Serinar would the black one be okay? that is if I can find one .. I don't think they should be phased out for her.

Yes, that's fine. When you roll for Serinar, can you please make a note in her restrictions that she has a preference for dark pets. It's not something I'm always going to remember.

No worries. My memory just isn't fantastic thanks to my ADD, and it's been worse since I haven't been able to take my medicine. Add in that it's been a few days since I've checked this thread and did a bunch of rolls, that was just one of those little details that escaped me. It'll just help me remember it better if you add it in, please. Thank you!

Re: my draenei - No need, I finally bit the bullet and dragged his arse to the Barrens. I've just been so busy I haven't had the time to level him any further than that.

You needn't worry about specifying which mob. I always look them up on Petopia and go for the one in my level bracket. It's part of what makes it both challenging and fun! If some Horde swoops in and beats me, it's all part of it and I won't give up!

I probably won't be able to play til this weekend, though. I'm also really busy this week trying to juggle work, school, life issues, and trying to find another job.

So .. the green and orange ravager.

Bixy looked for the rare but unsurprisingly it wasn't up so she made the long journey from blasted lands to winterspring to get one from there.




Animations : the running animation is kind of hard to describe, the ravager kind of hunches down and runs by moving the four legs in pairs.




Attacking is a mix of lunging and biting, kicking out with it's two front legs and a sort of flip, I couldn't get any really good screenshots of it.




Model : The model is nice and the colorscheme is rather pretty.



All in all the ravager is a good pet with good dps output and decent aggroholding capabilities but for me personally I'm not sure it's the pet for Bixy, I've never been able to click with any of the ravagers I've tamed in the past.
