A FYI for people who hate seeing awful things in their exalt list:

Spiteful Exalting, or buying someone’s dragon and naming them something offensive or intended to harass a specific player, constitutes targeted harassment and is actionable. Even if the name is within naming guidelines, if the perceived intent of the act is to bother/upset/harass the previous dragon owner, that is not something that will be tolerated. If this happens to you, please report it through Contact Us and in your report include the dragon ID#(s) for the Exalted dragon(s).

I wonder if that new rule allows for the owner of said dragons parents to rename the dragon themselves or if it's just a 'from here on out' thing

Keep in mind...that's for harassment. Like if it's the same person doing it over and over again....not just for one name you dont like.

I don't think it's if someone keeps doing it over and over but rather if the name in general comes off as offensive and such to the one who bred the dragon in question. Apparently names like Fertilizer and Mulch are being banned via a vote cast (reading it on Magistream, one of the users there whose on FR was naming dragons after nature based things and people were going after them for it. The majority won and now the names are being banned).

By the sounds of things going on over on their forums, I think it's boiling down to 'if enough people complain'.......... :/

Oh and I don't know if it was here...... but I read somewhere that the acronym 'WTF' is apparently no longer allowed to be spoken on FR. Like, I guess it's censored now or something. I have no idea where I saw that to go dig up the post to double check.

FR's forums are just really, really sad on SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many levels.

And people ask why we never venture into them......

I could see that being abused very badly if that's the case! Just by seeing some peoples reactions to names of exalted dragons I can see people reporting people over any name they don't like.

Edit: I hope they have a person look into the reports and not have a auto ban/re-name thing.

Daily exalt bonus didn't reset either.

Yeah, you're the one who really likes red, right? Whaaaaat about blues and purples? *Wigges eyebrows* My gorgeous progen and her handsome man just popped out two more, one's an X/Y/X and the other one is close to, but is obsidian primary instead. Obsidian TIGER, not her mommy's Iridescent.

You'd be surprised, Kore. I don't actually like blues or purples much but that SD girl Morokei produced tested my resolve quite a bit...

I'm of mixed opinions on the name banning thing. Names that are naturally offensive, yeah, those should be banned. But- "Mulch"? ...REALLY? I know, I know, someone was mass-naming exalted babies Mulch. That's nice, whatever, have fun. I know people got a bit upset, and I understand- but Mulch isn't offensive. If anything, Mulch is a really cute name.

I feel like they should limit it to names that are naturally offensive even without context, because if they ban just anything, they're pandering to people who are just looking for any chance to be offended. And FR has a TON of those people.

Edit- that said! I'm very excited for the new genes, they look really cool- though I have no clue if any of my dragons would look good with them.

Ive come to a point where i dont care what they call my dragons once bouth.. meh...

I once gave someone a dual sand iri/shim wildclaw which they exhalted.... so learned to not to get upset to much with what happens with my dragons once they leave my lair
