Tough one. The jaffa are kinda' cool, but nowhere near the actual goa'ulds... I'mma go for Chocolate Chip, just because it contains chocolate.

In WoW, Gryphons (the white unarmoured one is one of my two favourite mounts in the game). But in a more general sense, Dragons.

It does depend on the film, of course. But I can laugh at Horror, whereas most Action films are just crap. Horror it is!
