Odd, why would Blizz put another tiger person in the game now?

Also, kinda pretty pony.

They have a Twilight Dragon now.

Thats cool, the tiger people should be a new horde race in the expansion after cataclysm xD i dont feel the goblins did enough for the horde, worgen are awesome =[

Tigon is just the model name, there isn't actually a race called Tigon. The model is used in ZG mostly, where some of the troll bosses shapeshift into animal persona. The new stone cat race that will be in Uldum I bet will just be reskins of this model.

My Alliance race, the Kattani, were inspired by these models They'd be heaps cooler and more playable type styled than these though.

That female panther skin sure does look funky on the male's body... reminds me of that Draeni in a post elsewhere in the forums here

You know they realy do need a diff aliance race, rather than the Worgen.. The Worgen just look more Hordish.. The Tigon would be a better fit to the alliance side

Mmo Champion has more info on that Rocket we say. It is a multi passenger mount and it acts like the headless horseman mount. The odd part is that there is 2 different spells for it.

* X-53 Touring Rocket - Mounts the target, limited to the outdoors, following normal vehicle rules.
* X-53 Touring Rocket - Summons an X-53 Touring Rocket. This mount's speed depends upon your riding skill.

There would be two spells depending on where you're summoning it.

For the Horseman's Mount, for example, if you're running around in the Dalaran city it's considered a ground mount. Even if you run up the the Landing you won't suddenly be able to take to the skies. First you have to dismount, then re-mount. It will be recognized as a flying mount afterwards.

According to data-mined information, pre-Cataclysm events include a quest where the trolls re-take the Echo Isles from what sounds like a shapeshifting tiger woman. It seems likely that they updated the tigon models for her ad possibly her henchmen.

I heard about that too though.

Either way.. I want it. I hope its not a rare drop or you have to do something to get it. I wanna be able to buy it or have it made.

Omg id love that! Im still not to sure on switching from horde to alliance(not fully ill always be for the horde!). im doing it just for the worgen.

I bet the new mounts are either going to be achievement mounts, rare drops, for doing some extreme hardmode in a fight.

To help you understand why the alliance are getting Worgen, please go look at the Scythe of Elune quest chain, or whatever it is that was 'of Elune'. It explains how originally the worgen were pulled here, from another world by a Night Elf. She then used them to battle the scourge. They were then corrupted by Arugal and twisted into monsterous creatures. He then further experimented on them, creating the Sons of Arugal among other things.

And now in Cat is becoming a Anti Hero or a Misunderstood villain or some sort. Bleh.

Alliance aren't getting true Worgen. REMEMBER this fact. They're getting Cursed Humans. Basically WoW's version of Lycanthropes. Pure Worgens can not shape shift into humans- but it is theorized they can shape shift into wolves.

I read that they were changing the lore so that worgen are cursed humans are something messed up like that.

No. You've confused Worgens with the playable ones. The ones on blocked off land are cursed humans/etc of the ilk. Arugal DID curse humans and etc with the Worgen's form. He was the one that turned it into a curse. Blizz is just retconning that Worgens are oh woe evil or some crap and Arugal evidently stole away the problem into the night and hung out in SFK for no reason at all, outside to keep his minions and pets and children from attacking innocent people and all that.

Or some crap.

Yeah, some of the things I head about blizzcon and lore still confuse me. Really they should like release a lore book every year with the current version of the lore because all of these revisions and additions just are confusing. In the current expansion they muddled with even the lore with the scarlet crusade and the ashbringer or what ever that one ugly sword is called.
Maybe they should have called the new worgen race Wereworgen instead? ><

Turns out the Rocket mount is a 310% speed one. This means it's gonna be either a rare drop or a reward for not having life and playing way to much wow.
