I just want some confirmation from someone who has one please. On the last PTR Moro my premade Hunter nabbed a Purple wasp from Sholazer since the alt I want one for is still too low and wanted to see it. Moro still exists by the looks of the system and...

Yeah have they shrunk? Atlantis seems much smaller than I recall but just want to be sure I'm not imagining things since it's been a while since the last PTR.

So I wasn't imagining it/going insane? Well thats a relief. But damn I loved how stupidly huge they were.

aaww =( i love my uber big nasty blue wasp, HeartSeeker. I got her beacuse of how massivly view-blocking she is >.< great for pvp. Just had to spec her with charge and pop BW as i FD and no one can target me Dx The size kinda set them apart too ya know? Also made them look exstra intimidating. x3
She did kinda get in the way a bit in small places but i didnt use her much for pve so i didnt mind. Darn.

Aww *man*. The hugeness is part of what I loved about my Huhuran. I'll have to see how I feel about her when the server is live, I think. She may end up being a sacrifice to the great stable gods.

EDIT: Stable *space* gods. Not stable gods. I only noticed this now.

Much appreciate the screenies, changed the title/first post in response Are they still bigger than regular wasps? This is assuming there's a victim with one you can get a side by side with. Damn though didn't realise the shrink was THAT drastic D:

Thing is, that's probably why they shrunk the size of the wasp.

Despite us both lagging something rotten being yellow stage PTR download Ryai brought her Sapphire Hive Queen to compare with a generic wasp from Tanaris to see what the sizes look like (Sorry they both decided to preen at the same time):

Hmm, I like the size of my Princess Huhuran on Live... I see no reason why to change it because I have no problem with her.

Anyone see what I did there? (You would have to know what I am fighting for right now.)

I am sure people complained about the wasps being too large and even though I drug my guild into AQ40 for mine I have no problem at all making the wasps be the size that they need to be.

That makes me sad. When I run around with Huhuran I look POWERFUL! Rawr! Now I'll just look like an annoyance. >.<

To add a differing view into the discussion:

Yay! I'll finally be able to tame a boss wasp for the cute, silly face! Can't stand the stupid size, and am glad that they'll finally look as elegant as the normal wasps.

Holy jeeeeebus they're ENOOORMOUS (never saw a tamed boss wasp... they seem to be hated by horde on my server) o_o thats freaking sick lol too bad they're being shrunk

Only thing that they could probably do to me at least is maybe increase the Boss Wasps size a tad again. Not to their ridiclous original size since there was an obvious reason they shrank, but come on they're meant to be bigger than their underlings They only seem bigger because of the angled wings!

I got a draenei male...it's hard getting pets that don't seem too small next to him...and my tauren...yeah, wasps are absolutely tiny next to him

Originally, I never wanted Huhuran because she was so freaking enormous. Then I tamed her on a whim and fell in love with the blasted bug. And now, I'm a little sad that she's being shrunk. But, I will admit that it does have its perks; I can more easily fit us both into a screen shot!!! I still love her (those eyes! those cute, adorable, puppy-dog eyes!), and that's enough for me to keep her. :3

Noooooooooooooo!!!.. My princess shrinks from nothing.. nothing I tell you!! Nothing.. Sadness, I hate blizz sometimes.. Grrr

I wish she'd stay huge, but at least I'll always have my memories of the adventure getting her solo. If she's shrinking I might change her name. I kept Huhuran because I think it's suitably "big" name, but I might make it Cixi instead like I thought before taming, after the Chinese Empress. We'll see :/

I almost wish there was some other way...they weren't 'bugging' anyone! (sorry for the ridiculous pun) She'll still be gorgeous, but she won't be as imposing or as intimidating in PvP...=( Sad Tyur is sad.
