Logged on this morning at 7:30 am, and headed to some of Loque'nahaks spawn points, and who do I see near the pitch spawn? The spirit beast in question! Happy with my recent spirit beast conquest (I tamed arcturis a few days ago!) I queued for a random dungeon to show off my new pet. It was gun'drak, which was good because I have some quests there!
Upon completion I hearthed to zim'torga, and headed to hand some quests off. Npcscan goes off, it found gondria! I flew back to the stable master and stables my freshly tamed loque, and off to tame gondria!

3 down, skoll to go! ( the only reason I don't have him yet is cause I'm not 80 yet!)

If no steak is involved, then I guess it is just luck (but 'fess up, I know it's the steak ).

Potion of Haste (to get everything set up quickly)
2 Druids (mmh... kitteh...)
8 Draenei (as spice)
Butter
and Goblin Jumpercables.

Oh congrats! I agree, share the luck. I have hunted for this beast and the closest I have come is a corpse. Just a tiny bit too late. /sad

I think it's the matter that I'm on a reasonably low pop server, not that much competition, and all the hunters don't seem to care for beast mastery, hence the thousands of wolves in icecrown, and dalaran! But I shall stand proud with my companions
