Have you ever had one of those moments?

I just had one moments ago myself on one of my numerous worgens.
I was having trouble finding pets for her and I decided to go with what so many suggest.
Just pick pets you like regardless of color so I whent to tame a white fox on her since I always liked those.

mere moments after the tame finishes petemote goes.

"Fox curls up at his mistress feet and looks up at her adoringly"

I melted .. so Welcome home Tylar.

I would like to hear about it if any of you had similar things happen to you with an unexpected or expected pet

I have plenty of those with my RL pets... my in-game pets OTOH feel more like "this thing looks bad@$$ - what can i go f**k up with it?"

Yeah I have those moments daily with my two kitties, I wanted to see if anyone else had similar moments ingame I know its just pixels but still

The Pet Emote addon is the greatest thing ever designed for WoW. Many a time those things have defined a pet's personality beyond doubt. For example, my Goblin's Gezzarak, Onyx has a great sense of humour, since every single damn time I laugh at my brother's character (who I level with), Onyx will join in and grin widely at him. Clearly a sharp chap that one.

My Worgen's Duskfang, Byron, on the other hand, is a pretty grumpy guy. He has never yet emoted anything positive, and tends to spend his time growling at various people and grumbling to himself. It suits his looks, which I think is great!

I have foxes on most of my hunters, but it's definitely my Goblin's white one, Pearl who has the most wicked sense of humour. That damn creature is constantly getting up to no good!

I've had that adoring look emote once too, and it made me keep my Goblin's lovely worm, Agate. I had tamed one just to check out what the pet family is like, since I've always been repulsed by the models. But when the pink one came along, I figured it wasn't as bad as the rest and maybe I could have it in use now and again. As soon as I tamed her, she did the "Curling around her mistress' legs and looking up adoringly" bit. My heart thawed a little. A while later we went into a random dungeon with my brother, and she did the emote again. The tank said "Nice pet you've got there! Very friendly." and I laughed and realised that Agate was more than just a test, she was a keeper. And, she will still throw out that emote more often than any other of my 86 pets.

I had a similar thing happen with Wildsith's lava spider, I was sitting in the gorge looking at my newly tamed spider and then Enve did "Spider gently wrapps a strand of silk around her mistress's ankle so she won't get lost, then skitters off to find some food" .. she wasnt named at that point, needless to say she is a fixture in Wild's stables nowdays

My DK's ghoul does this, actually. xD I hate the model, but I just adore him now. He did the "Hold his mistress's hand" emote. I went AWWWWW.

When my devilsaur Altan and I tanked the Valentine's day event, he died in the middle and I felt terrible. He had heart of the phoenix and got and kept going. He was even happy! When the fight was over, he gave me a friendly thump with his tail as if to let me know it was okay. I love that devilsaur. He's a total Momma's boy.

This is a picture of my turtle jumping in on a screencap I was doing for my hunter for the guildsite. I can just imagine him leaping in as the picture goes off "SUP YO".

I sit here talking to myself .. sqeeing and aww'ing at my screen and my two cats look at me all O.o o.O

First time I ever tamed a fox... it was a black fox from Redridge named Ryou and I just adored him!
Then I discovered his Play ability and proceeded to spam it every chance I got.

Now.. I'm a big baby when it comes to the movie Fox and The Hound. I cry...pretty much everytime I watch the movie. Ever since I was a wee tot to now, just thinking of the movie makes me tear up *sniffles*

So, one day while playing with Ryou's dance ability, I absentmindedly moused over the tooltip... and began to sniffle. It read, "When you're the best of friends.." which is straight from Fox and The Hound. My mom started to ask me what was wrong, but when I showed her the tooltip she just laughed at me lol

I CAN'T HELP IT THAT MOVIE MAKES ME SAD!!
