Holy hell I can't get over this. Quick background, I have a Dwarf Hunter that only tames white coloured pets. Ryai on her Dwarf offered me a lift through WC for the white snake then through RFK which we're in right now to grab an armored white boar.

So ploughing through, get to first boss (Aggem Thorncurse). Oh hey neat he summons ghost boars thats new.

Not having a Hunter main I tend to Beast Lore anything that moves out of curiousity and WAIT A MINUTE.



I yelled at Ryai to stop but she didn't realise in time. Mentioned what I saw so we dashed out to reset and come back. I get her to distract him from killing me and decide to try taming when he summons.

He keels over on his timer running out and needs reviving like Ghost Sabre but.



Soon as we're done in here I'm gonna nip and grab him on Mitsuko this is so nifty. Apologies if this is a double, not seen any mention of him

[/edit] We called them GhostSausage and HauntedBacon. Mentioned it in a later post but for useful sake, I've seen them spawn Level 25-27 which given RFK is a Level 25 minimum instance those sneaking in to get them as low as possible may wish to ding up a bit just in case.

As forewarning, the level range is 25-27 by the looks of things. Given the minimum level to get into RFK is 25 and some might want low as possible, thought be worth knowing

Nice. But now I don't know what to do about it. My undead hunter has a black fel boar from Outland and I think it's really awesome looking, but he also collects all ghost looking pets and I don't like having more than one pet per family unless there's an awesome reason for it.. It's a tough call!

Great find! I pretty much immediately took off for RFK on my main hunter alt... who is 34. Needless to say, it was a very... interesting time, but a boar was eventually got!

Seriously not trying to nit-pick, but can we get a better picture of him that isn't in-cased in ice?

Picture of him tamed of course.

I want to see what he really looks like, because in the ice block picture he looks like a regular boar.

For some odd reason I was thinking of a Boar Spirit Beast (kinda like Olm) look.
