The infamous Skoll

So.. was lvling little Reika up and I was determined to get Skoll.. he spawned when I was at lvl 76.. bad wolfy.. as soon as I hit 80 I kept going back to look and nothing 
finally just decided to stay in storm peaks and lvl with pvping, had my guildies there and decided to go to the village spot, the spot I first saw him on Reika. After awhile of sitting there talking in gchat.. I see Skoll spawn! Ive never seen a rare spawn before! All happy I quickly land and lay down a trap, shoot him, hit tame..
"you have too many pets out"
wait what? I have no pets out with me.. none.. ok.. so I called out my loque and noticed I was still hitting SKOLL! .. stop hitting skoll hes almost dead... ok FD.. oh right loque is still out.. dismiss pet.. hit tame.. nothing... umm? really? ... hit tame again... nothing.. ok.. FD
he goes back to full health I tag again, trap on cooldown, hitting tame.. nothing.. again.. OH maybe cause im in a party and my party member is in a bg! Leave party.. still nothing.. ok.. reset hit again.. last try.. hit tame.. and hes mine!
No SSs during the tame cause I was trying to figure out wth was happening lol. But I got one of Tarnah and me in a BG

I had a similar story with Terrorpene lol.... Terrorpene kills my Rufus (Fox), because i forgot to dismiss him when i saw the turtle... now i couldn't dismiss him because he's dead, and i cannot revive him because it said i have no pet out or something. After i relogged Terrorpene kills me 2 times before the tame was succesfull. That was annoying... you find a rare and than the game is buggy. fortunaly no other players interrupt.
