Are there other people here who are as upset about the loss of Eyes of the Beast as I am? If there are enough of us, I'd like to get a thread going on the official Damage Dealing forum and keep it going for a few weeks to let people know we care about getting it back.

I do miss Eyes of the Beast, though I admittedly used it mainly as a way to kill time when waiting for someone or something.

I also miss EotB. I remember it fondly, since when I started raiding it was a perfectly viable pull method of Baron Gheddon. I also used it with a stealthy pet to explore things, like a warlock would their Eye of Kilrogg.

Originally rolled a hunter for this very spell! It was so much fun to play with during RP sessions and general goofing around.

It was neat... especially back when BM hunters could extend the duration with talents... but honestly I don't miss it - I wouldn't mind if they returned it, but only as long as it didn't replace the new "move to" command; when I'm playing solo in a labyrinth or underground area I love being able to (quickly and easily) send my pet ahead to take up position at the next doorway (rather than wander up myself and hope nothing is waiting just around the corner...)

Oh, agreed about "Move To." I think we should have both.

EotB was so much fun...when sometimes, when I used to PvP, I liked to hide somewhere, control my pet and attack people with it. Some would get really confused when a spider would attack them but move around like a player...fun times! I would certainly like to keep Move To, and have EotB back.

It would help me a lot if they brought EoTB back, I mean D: I use it to ambush people when I jump onto a ledge or something I now have to first have my pet wait up top hop down myself, then send him along his way all the time making sure he doesnt despawn because if I hop on the ledge he is stuck up there with me D:. I'd like to be able to jump off a cliff into a tree, and then eye of the beast my pet to position him out of the tree and down on the road ._.

I miss not be able to control my pets. I had alot of fun in Wintergrasp with that.

I hate the new move to command when i want a pet to move somewhere i want it to stay on that exact spot not inch itself back to me when its done attacking so i have to reposition it...so in other words yes i want eotb back!
