What animal should Blizzard add to the WoW bestiary?

Yes the topic probably looks a little familiar 
, but..... currently there is a rather fascinating post topic on wow insider called
Lunch Topic: What animal should Blizzard add to the WoW bestiary? that has definitely made an impact with it readers with it's 150+ replies.
Now I know there are plenty of beast already in the game (sadly untamable) that we would love to be tamable, but I was thinking with this one, and similar to the wow insider topic, what beasts would you <3 to see in game that do not currently exist. I guess I'm probably looking at this from more of a hunters perspective as well, thinking what would be great to have as a pet, rather than just in game, but what ever takes your fancy.
Now these can range from real world animals to mythical one to your very own creations. I'm sure our creative selves here could come up with some amazing ideas, so let the ideas flow ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Myself,
Real world based ~ I'd love to see some of the Mustelidae family introduced into the game. Otters, Badgers, Ferrets, Weasels, any of these would be awfully cool, cute and even a ferocious force to be reckoned with, all in one little package 
Mythical based ~ I've always like the idea of a Cockatrice being introduced. I always did like with their quirky genealogy and mix of animals, and I could see them being a very interesting pet with plenty of potential.

I'm still holding out hope for giant rats.
ROUS are distinctly lacking in WoW.

RW based - something like a giraffe or a camel (tameable however, with more skins
)
Mythical based - EASILY a winged horse or anything winged for that matter

I'd love to see more whales based on the gigantic filter-feeders like Blue Whale or the Humpback...or a Sperm Whale based mob!
For a tameable I'd like to see something like a large chameleon. I have always liked chameleons and would love to see one in game.

Lung dragons, I would love to see Lung (or japanese) styled dragons.

Lizards. Like iguana's, kamodo dragons, bearded dragons, geckos, etc.

*drools* Yes, more lizards! There can never be too many reptiles. Besides....something needs to feed on the ROUS, right? :3

I didn't have to think for even a second about this one...
Dragonflies. I love dragonflies. Enormous, Palaeozoic-style dragonflies, in bright colours, would look awesome.
As for mythical beasts, I'd reiterate what other people have mentioned about winged horses and oriental dragons, but I'd love to see a
Qilin/Kirin.
A cockatrice would be rather cool. too. Interestingly, the hawkstrider model is named 'cockatrice'. Maybe they originally intended it to be one, but it just looks like a bird now.

Blizzard has done a great job on the families so far. Nothing really strikes me. I'd love to see them do something more alien-ish.

For some reason... I want a Kangaroo. =( It could like, hop besides you and have a knock back with it's legs. =D

And thinking about it more, some more of my favorite animals: Ducks/Geese (we have Gulls already, and these things are downright mean/vicious!!), Penguins (I lurve penguins...), Moose (Canada, eh?), and Pandas!!! that is all

Kangaroo!!! That was the one I couldnt remember when I posted XD !! I would love a kangaroo!!

i agree about water based pets thats why i rly want a penguin u can make it exotic have a group buff that makes you and your allies swim faster and a attack that slows down enemys dont cha agree that would be perty sweet.

I think he meant creatures that aren't in the game, rather than new tameable pets

RL: I'd love to see an iguana ( I love iguanas!), or a Triceratops. Some other non-therapod dinosaurs would be cool too, like a brachiosaurus. Sauropods would probably be too big to be tamable pets, but it'd be awesome to see one the size of a Fel Reaver as a friendly-to-everyone world mob
