Can't do tablet work, so back to Traditional I go.

I've been unable to use my tablet for a while and have been struggling with a long, painful art block. I'm trying desperately to get back into the groove of things, so I just picked up a sketchbook and started sketching. This is some fan-art for my World of Warcraft troll hunter, Tanin, and his spirit beast, TanAlarion.
Pen on paper, sketched using a #2 clicky pencil and inked with a cheap BiC pen.
[Edit]
Something about that last sketch helped to bust through into something creative, and I did another! Something about troll hunters, really. This one is a little fan-art for a friend's RP'd Beastmaster, Zulabachi, and his favorite carrion bird Walder. I pulled this one into Photoshop and slapped on some color.

Wow. That is very impressive!
Hope you get over your art block soon. Those things are absolutely horrible. D:

That is gorgeous! I wish Loque actually looked like that in-game.
Also, that Troll gentleman is very hot.

Oh this is lovely! And I agree with Mozag, I do like Loque as he is ingame, but he'd look even better like this! Love the details on the troll.

I'm generally not a fan of male trolls but THIS guy is definitely something I like!

Wow, I wish I could "sketch" half as good as the people on these boards. Amazing work!!! And I agree, Loque might have stuck around with me if he looked like that.

Thank you all for the positive feedback, it helped push through the burnout and do another one. Death to art blocks, woo! If I could send hugs through the internet, I would.
