So I log in today on my warrior, feeling lucky after a nightmare left me on my floor with a splitting headache. I log in, go to Storm Peaks, and see Vyragosa at 11:25 am server. I kill it, and log the time for my TLPD camp. I go do some 2-man BoT trash farming with a friend for a few hours, and come back out here around 3:20~ pm. My NPC scan seems to be broken, because I saw a huge blue spec on my screen with a yellow bar over its head. It's that blasted wolf Skoll! The first thing I think is "Sweet, haven't seen him alive in the wild before." and log over to tame it. As my screencap shows, I got it in no time. Then, all that goes on in my head is "DAMMIT, NOW I GOTTA WAIT EVEN LONGER", because that's the rarespawn of Storm Peaks for now. It doesn't count, right? Skoll doesn't steal my TLPD's spawn timer, does it?

I wanted to simply kill skoll, but it's the only spirit beast of Wrath I didn't tame yet, so I grabbed it. Am I gonna have to wait longer for TLPD?

No, you're not. The rares are not interconnected, other than Vyra and TLPD.

So...all those times I killed Dirkee and left...That didn't ruin my chances, did it? It's ONLY the dragons who share?

D'awww! I love Skoll aka Ruzgar. He's mah favorite. Grats on your tame regardless! He can be a pain in the butt to find and maybe you'll develop some sort of bond! And I'm sending some good luck vibes your way for TLPD!

Exactly. Vyra is the only one you worry about for TLPD.
