I have a hunter dilemma ^_^;
I have fallen for two stunning Chimaras

A quick idea of what my Stables are like:
-First Idea back when we had (what three pets) limited pet space, was to tame only blue pets.
Had tamed Duskstalker (when he was blue), then went for Rak'Shiri ... and he started my rare elite itch
-Second idea: Tame only Rare elites with unique looks (try to stick toward blues)
- Tamed Rak'shiri, Nuramoc, Loque'Nahak, Spirit of Atha (not rare but unique) and Old Cliff Jumper (blue fail x.x)

Then 25 Stable spaces came around...
- Just simply went Nuts
- Tamed all the Northrend Rares, and Cata Rares plus extra <.< (though recently release a few - Gondira, Ghostcrawler, Olm the wise)

So now, no set 'theme' for my stables but was trying to migrate toward one <.<


So, onto the Chimaras



The first one is Nuramoc
Nuramoc was one of my longer camps, when I was out hunting unique rares. I searched and searched, but never found the stunning creature. So, Wrath came along and I went ahead and leveled up some. It wasn't long into Wrath that I was asked to to help out some fellow guildies with killing an elite out there. So, I came along, making sure 'just in case' to have a toss away pet incase I spotted Nuramoc on the way. Downed their elite, and helped with a few more quests that came easy. As I was leaving, I saw something just fade off in the distance... so went to see what it was and sure enough there was Nuramoc! I remember dive-bombing him to agro him lower, but landed in the elementals. Just nearly survived his tame, and was one thrilled hunter.



Now, The Razza -
When I saw this new unique model coming out I was pretty thrilled. He matched my first idea to get only blue pets (or now blue/white because of Loque when I learned that spirit beast was coming out) and was rare as well! (I have a 'thing' for rares as most of us do) So, I few by a few times over his old spawn point, not knowing he had been relocated. When I learned of his new location, I flew over and quickly found him. Tamed the cool blue fellow and then came my problem... who to keep?

I've had some history with Nuramoc in PVP and (oddly) helping me kite the mobs on the Dreamwalker boss in ICC. So we have some History, and I so do love how his colors really stand out in a crowd. On the other hand, The Razza fits my old Theme, though I'm not stuck on it due to Terrorpene being one I don't think I can release, that and ... Krush who I'm also debating about with my Ironhide devilsaur.

I'll post some screenshots shortly after I find a neutral setting to display them both in.

I had the exact same problem. I've had my Nuramoc, Ripley, since WotLK, but the Razza's just so pretty! I finally decided to keep Ripley on Cerah and tame the Razza on one of my alt hunters, Lydeea, when she's a high enough level. Maybe you should give the Razza to an alt as well, if you have an alt hunter/

I would definitely put that into consideration, however my hunter is my one and only character that I really play. I have a level 64 druid, but that's about it to be honest ^_^;

I say go with The Evalcharr No, seriously, you should take time hunting with both of them, and see which one seems the best match for you.

Edit: Although now that I've seen the images, I think Nuramoc looks good next to you.

If you can afford the extra stable slot, there's really no reason to not keep both, at least for a certain time. I did (and still do) that with Chromaggus and the Kurken, which I can't release because he's so pretty

I vote for Razza, I just love the look of the blue and white.

The blue one fits you best tbh, i got Razza on my white haired hunter and i love it

I voted for Razza because I looove the way he looks. :3 I've also never ever seen somebody with him but I see Nuramoc every once in a while.

Well, it looks like they are ... even o_o; So, I'm gonna have to do a lot of running around with the both of them for now. ^_^;

I can't see either pics of the razza, but nuramoc looks absolutely stunning with you. o.O
