So I've recently decided I want to tame king krush. So I got everything needed for the tame. Pots, flasks, trinkets, etc. I have around a 12 sec. Tame cast and about 31k hp. I use BW with a trash pet. I've saw him three times. The first time I got two tame attempts before I got a priest to come. I asked for a fear ward so I could start. But instead he decides to kill him. The next time I see him mid tame a paladin taunts him to nesingwarys camp and the guards kill him. Then yesterday a hunter of my own faction kills him slowly. As if mocking me. The luck I've had is terrible. It's depressing.

Aw, sorry to hear about your bad luck. Sadly, not only is Krush incredibly difficult to tame in and of himself, you then have to compete with every other bonehead out there. The fact that you've seen him three times, though, is very good. There are many people out there that have only seen him once, or even not at all. Just keep on keepin' on, and you'll eventually get him.

aww dont worry to much about him one day you can get him maybe get a priest friend to come along fear ward you and maybe a shammy with the totems
ive had about 7 goes on him
the one time i almost got him and my BF invited a priest to the group to fear ward me ... known teh priest wanted to kill him so what does teh priest do dots and its dead ¬.¬
ive never thought about hurting a person but omg did my bf hide xD

Hehe thanks for the confidence guys. And yeah I am very suprised that I've seen him so many times. But just seeing someone else do that makes my heart sink. Lol

well im on now hunting for him, no luck yet, for any rare, even.

It took me 4 dead dinosaurs to get mine, so don't give up! The failures make the successes even sweeter!

While I was camping for Krush, the combination of hulu.com and NPCscan allowed me to catch up on some great shows and really help pass the time.

Yeah. All I can say is don't overstress yourself. Relax. Do good deeds. Karma is generous.

I shall jump off a cliff when people stop being so inconsiderate when they see hunters trying to tame a rare they've searched for so long. If I ever see a hunter trying to tame, I'd just throw a Freezing Trap at the beast (unless, of course, the beast is immune to being frozen) to help no matter what faction they're in. Thank goodness I am not in a pvp realm.

Oh wow, awesome! I just love reading about successful Krush tames, even though I've never attempted it myself I'm pretty sure he's the most challenging tame in the whole game.

Yay!!! I knew you'd get him eventually. So, did you have the shaky hands and sweaty palms and OHCRAPWHATDOIDOFIRST?!?!?!?!?! Seems KK has a way of doing that to us ambitious hunters.

oh yes it had that effect, im trying to level him right now, almost 77 xD. and he really is challenging, it was just all about luck.

So glad you got him! Really neat dino. My husband wants him so bad...he found him the other night but as soon as he started taming him, two other hunters (hunters!) swooped down and killed him right out from under him...we just stared at the screen in shock. It was horrible.

ugh that sucks, im sorry, same thing happened to me with a druid and paladin, but he will get him, it just takes time, i didnt think so at first, but it does =D

Total time spent: 19hrs
1st siting along wall near Nesingway; fudged the tame, then someone of my own faction killed him even though I had him tagged
2nd siting at the Glimmering Pillar - alliance mage got to em first
3rd siting at the sky reach pillar - guildie helped me tame

hehe I think I see a Rhyela & Apollyon in there along with a Tilo & Yoshi
