So I've been looking for Gondria on and off for months. Some days I would park myself in Zul'drak and just WAIT. Other days I would do a fly-by and just hope. My camping would begin at 5PM and end at about 12AM if I was feeling determined. Eventually I gave up and my account expired anyway. WELL. The other day I was going to Zul'drak to farm cobalt ore and who was waiting for me RIGHT OUTSIDE ZIM'TORGA?!?

GONDRIA. YES. I did a nosedive on my mount and landed right on top of her and was laughing evilly, sort of like "BWAHAHAHAHA!" as I tamed her. I don't have any screenies atm because I totally forgot but I got her tamed and then had to take about an hour to decide on a name. I eventually decided on Ninarika, which is supposedly Indian (Sanskrit) for Misty and that made so much sense! :O I mean, look at her! x__x

Here I am all happy and feeling lucky so I went to Storm Peaks to see if any of that luck remained. Unfortunately, I found no TLPD but I did find Skoll! I tagged him and trapped him and then remember I already HAVE Skoll! /headslap! I did a /who in Dalaran and found a hunter and sent him a PM saying I had Skoll trapped and asked if he would like to tame him. I was really excited so my whisper came out something like "HEY I HAVE SKOLLWOULDYOULIKETOTAME HIM!!? HE'S RIGHT HERE!" >___> The guy was like "OMG YES!" and flew out and tamed him! :3 Hurray! I guess my good luck DID stick around for a bit!

GRATS! Gondria and Red Madexx were just tamed on my server. :3

Congrats! Gondria for all! That was awesome you found Skoll a home too. <3 you for it.

Funny, I was on Velen today and a fellow guildie said that Gondria was up if anyone wanted him... is this a sign? lol

I was glad to rehome Skoll! I've made it a regular thing to check for the WotLK rares to maybe give them away. Hopefully I can find him again! I love my Ruzgar lots and lots so why not share the love by rehoming a lonely Skoll?? X]

Gondria doesn't get the love that she deserves. Even with all the shiny new spirit beasts out there, she's still my favorite. I could just take her out and stare at her. Sooooo shiny.......

My Gondria got instantly demoted the second I got my Skoll. Skoll was/is the Spirit Beast I've always wanted. He just looks sooo cool, a dark-dark blue Worgen-Wolf with arcs of REAL LIGHTNING around his body. Get freakin' serious. Having tamed all 6 spirit beasts I can tell ya strait up, Skoll is the cooooolest.

Honestly, IMO. The list from coolest/mneh goes..

Skoll/Arcturis/Loque/Gondria/Ghostcrawler/Karoma.

I have tamed and gotten rid of Skoll and Ghostcrawler but haven't had the heart to part with Misty (Gondria) yet, even though I use her less than the rest or the SBs. Ironic really since I stumbled onto her as opposed to camping three days like I did for Skoll.

The best thing about her is her colour, I love Karoma and Arcturis and would never change their colour (teal is my favourite colour, purple is second favourite) but I'm gland Gondria is purple. Her eyes freak me out but she's so pretty, so translucent, so ....purple.

I actually just rehomed another Gondria! BF was in Zul'drak, saw Gondria and said "I'mma kill it!" so I said "NOOOOO!" and made him leave. Sent a tell to a hunter in Storm Peaks who went out and got her! :3

While Loque was my first spirit beast EVAR (On a BE hunter after I spent a few days camping), Gondria was first for my Draenei hunter and we leveled together! Even though an 80 tried to chase me off, an evening or two camping rewarded me with purple kitty. I think she's my favorite and definitely underappreciated (Always a bit sad to hear people bashing on 'ghostly' pets. While some more colors would be nice, they are /spirit-y/).
