So yesterday I'm leveling my lowbie hunter, who I rolled specifically to see how the new questing progression is. She's way fun and she's already found The Rake, Humar and Takk the Leaper (plus his nest XD)

Anyway, raid time rolls around and I switch to my druid and get ready to go hit Nefarian in the face when a friend says in guild chat; "hey Corvidia you like Maddexx don't you?" (I spent many, many sleepless nights babbling to my guild while hunting my green Maddexx lol). I say yeah, why? She says there's a "black and red one up." I say that's fine, I have the black one already, and lament that it's not the red one or blue.

"But it's mostly red, are you sure?"

I tell her to tag it for me and scramble to my hunter alt and then to the stables... find my outlands raptor (sorry Note *sad*) and fly as fast as I can. Sure enough, she's scrambling in circles on her rogue while a big red Maddexx chases her. I ask her to vanish and start the tame. And poof! Another Maddexx joins my stables...! I had to relog immediately for raid, so I didn't even get a screenshot, but I definitely got one today :D Named him Ravindra, which means Lord of the Sun.


And just to prove I have slight a Maddexx (and spiritbeast) addiction...

Oooooo, grats!!! It's okay to have an addiction, as long as you share it with like-minded folk such as ourselves.

i loooooove the spirit beasts, i cant help but try to get them on my other hunters but only Xakaal has ever gotten a spirit beast-- and she has all of them ^^;; Im kinda thinking of being a madexx hoarder but im really running out of stable space but i REEEEEEAAAAALLLLLYYYY want black, blue, and green... Vephs pics of her black madexx (wish i could remember his name..) is making me want one @_@ i think its about time i start lvling my lvl 77 and 73 hunters lol XD

Note to self: If you come upon a blue Madexx... hmm, how would I go about letting you know, and tagging the beast (as well as kiting it to a more secluded corner of Uldum), ASAP? RealID isn't an option for me right now, I'm afraid.

Pet collecting isn't considered an addiction here, I don't think.

Share the Madexx love! I haven't seen even one. Not a dead body and no hunter pets. I'd love the blue one - it is just a gorgeous shade of blue. And believe me I have been looking.

Hahaha yeah. I feel that addiction OP. For real, I'm sitting on 6/6 Spirit Beasts, 3/5 Madexx and about 80% of the other "Worthwhile" rarespawns in-game currently. I do want the other 2/5 Madexx but I'm out of Stable-Space ATM and I CBA to level an other Hunter.

Good luck getting your Madexxes. C'mon guys, convince your siblings to pop out for people.

*shares Maddexx goodness!* I camped for a long, long time to get my first one. I guess because I've been so busy since they've just sorta appeared at random times for me ^^;

Sure, you can PM me the information. While Cialbi is unlikely to spend much time in Uldum right now (he's a bit preoccupied with slaughtering and skinning saber worgs in Twilight Highlands), my druid Aquiyand is at level 78 and counting, and I suppose I could be persuaded to level through Uldum again
