On a whim I decided to head to Vash and look for Ghostcrawler tonight between helping a friend find digsites for arch and rolling a OS 10m to try and get the drake. No luck on the mount, someone else won the roll. =( But I did have luck when I cleared my cache and went searching for GC, as he popped up right under my seahorse while I was following the stormvine for my herbalism. Now I have the 3 spirit beasts I want, and am one happy hunter.

Anyone else think it's odd that GC is a dps and not a tank thou, I mean he is a crab. I just find it funny that he's got the cat pets roar ability as well. As for a name, I kept it as GC for my own reasons. Just that it'll amuse me to use it in a raid and watch it die. Yes, I just got a twisted sense of humor about it. A guildie I showed it to was all like "Your crab is a ghost! You have a ghost for a crab!"

Next on my list, Sambas.

He may have the form of a crab, but he's a spirit beast...same as Arcturis, who has the form of a bear.

I got those confused too when I first started camping Spirit Beasts. I always told people. "IT'S A FREAKING BEAR, WITH A FEROCITY TREE! A DPS --B-E-A-R--!!"

I understand they are Spirit Beasts with different outer appearances but I still wish they would match the sound for roar of courage with whatever beast they look like. Having my crab looking beast go "RAWR" like a cat is always annoying to a nitpicker like myself. LOL

What would a crab's roar sound like thou? They dun roar in the wild.
