Olm the Badass.

Is very much so my new pet.
Specter Owl of Awesome!!
After a week or so of casually checking in on him, he finally spawns! I love the way this guy looks!!

Grats on Olm! He is a beautiful bird. I am currently leveling him, got him this past week too! I like how he also appears to be closer to you than other beasts due to his perfect wing span.

What made him a little bit more tricky than the rest is that he spawns where no other mobs are. That is, if you don't count the Wisps just flying around everywhere. When I glanced at WowHead for his patrol route and checked in-game I was highly skeptical because I'm just used to seeing rares spawn near other beasts. Olm was different than the rest.

I have too many rares to level to put any effort into them currently. I think like, 8-ish? I'm gonna wait to really use them until 4.1 when they match my level. Can't wait to use Chromaggus and Krush in PVP. RAWR!!
