i saw the devilsaur one and it reminded me we should love on the tiny beetle before "anything" happens to him
mines named doom... hes fun to /love /hug /cower lol

While I haven't actually got one myself, I adore this little guy, and have yet to see anyone on my server with one =3 Perhaps I shall get him on an alt.

I hope nothing happens, fingers crossed!

Is there a guide anywhere on getting one? I might go ahead and grab one.

my boyfriend and a guildie and i went together a week ago and all three of us tamed him. he's SO CUTE. i can't get rid of him even though i have half a stable full of tenacity pets who go unused.

Haha it's true. I was searching for Madexx, and the whole time I was telling myself "I have 2 beetles, a worm, a croc, a boar, a warpie and a rhino. What am I doing???" I luv 'em all though. <3

When my 10 man raid finished a little early on Thursday, I'd hoped to snag a couple folks from it so I could go in and get a micro-beetle. Unfortunately, folks either logged before I asked or had to get to bed for early holiday trips on Friday. I'm hoping to try again tonight or tomorrow.

Figure I want one of these little guys, even though they may end up big again in the future.

It doesn't look too promising on the PTR for this little guy, but for the time I have him, I proudly solo with him and prove size doesn't matter.

Come on, Blizzard, Noah, please don't take this little guy away! :c We have enough huge pets, give us something small!

long time lurker here.. first time posting..

so first off, thanks for the heads up about this pet.. i do like pets that are a little harder to get hold of - although, i've not had a great deal of luck with long-spawn pets as yet, but this particular beetle seemed like a nice one to grab since I've not seen anyone with it on my realm, and it's a lil tricky to get - most people wouldn't think to try to solo tame one, not even at 85. So after reading this thread I figured I'd try, even though it was 3am and only 1 other guy in our guild online. And why not document it whilst I was at it?!

Generally, not too tricky, had to go and respect a tenacity pet for better healing though - died a couple of times due to dead pet.

Unfortunately tiny beetles have indeed been nerfed back to a regular size in this patch, though they retain the vapour trails.

yes but they still appear to be slightly different than the other beetles, they move more slowly.

well there goes the reason to keep him /sigh

WTB a support thread for returning them to a smaller size. :c
