Hunter PvP Questions/Answers.. halp!

I've been searching for the past day or so now, and I have yet to find a steady website for PvPing hunters. I have checked the obvious ones: WoWwiki.com, The WoW Forums on worldofwarcraft.com, and so on. Luckily, I was able to find a decent MM spec for PvP:

That's my armory link, and so far that spec has done beautifully.
Unfortunately, I can't get a single reasonable answer as for which gems to put in. So far I have heard AP or ArmPen. I have tried both, and I don't see a huge difference. Which leads me to writing this post and asking, "Wtf did I do wrong?" haha. My stash of gold can only last for so long.
No one has really explained to me if I should get strictly ArmPen, or strictly AP.. OR-get the gems that have other stats (gems such as: +20AP +15 Stam/10 Resil, and same for ArmP) and get the socket bonuses.
If anyone knows a good-updated website for PvP Hunters, please help! I wish to have these foolish questions answered Also, I didn't see a post for PvP hunters on this forum, so that's also another reason why I wanted to start this one. If anyone else has any questions or answers they want said. If there was a post on here about PvP, I apologize for this one, I mostly just glanced around and looked at a few, but I may have missed one probably.. 
But, if there isn't one, superb!
I am willing to try anything at this point
