How about Thor?
Thor is the god of thunder in germanic mythology.

Chtulhu!
Nah, just joking... Everyone knows chtulhu is a giant draenei like thingie. Can't argue about face tentacles...
/Nyarlathotep, one of the gods from lovecraftian mythos comes to mind. He has nothing to do with electric, blue wolves tough.

Rai and Arjuna (both meaning thunder) and Jupiter are possible names. ^_^

Gmork
Anyone remember that wolf?

Gmork was from the Neverending Story, right? I always thought it to be a really stupid name for such a cool beast.
Thor belongs to the norse mythology and is the God of thunder... Aren't we looking for something "flashy" here?
Fenrir or Fenris would be the all-devouring wolf
Skoll is the wolf who chases the sun and will devour it on ragnarok
Hati another sun-chasing wolf
Geri meaning "greedy", one of Odins wolfs
Freki meanin "ravenous", Odins other wolf

How about Goldrinn? He is a WoW Ancient... Goldrinn was a massive ancient renowned for its ferocity in battle. He resembled a white wolf-beast and was already 10,000 years old when the Burning Legion first invaded Azeroth. The wolf god slaughtered hundreds of demons before he fell in the invasion. He is said to have aided the night elves of Eldre'Thalas in holding their city against the Burning Legion, only to vanish after battle never to be seen again. In orcish he is referred to as Lo'Gosh.

Little lore nit-pick

: Skoll chases the sun and Hati the moon. They're a team (twins, actually, and the sons of Fenris) and both will devour their prey in Ragnarök.
I'd actually vote for Hati because he's the counterpart of Skoll, but his name sounds a bit silly, doesn't it?
Maybe go with the English translation: Hati means "hatred" and Skoll "treachery".
Otherwise I vote for Fenris. And my own wolf is called Freki, so I like that, too.

I just quoted what I found online. It just proves that you can't trust anything you read!

"Tesla": that is all.
Or maby "Nikola", as in Nikola Tesla, the electrical device inventor.

Otherwise, Tesla is a great suggestion. And Freki. Fenrir is good too. Lol.. I'm glad I'm not the one having to choose.

I love Tesla, I think it's a great idea. ^^
I'd lean away from Fenrir, personally.....I see dozens and dozens of wolves named that everywhere, I think it's overdone.

Any type of mythology name is overdone, if it's something learned in high school. For the most part.
