So apparently the patch hit. Damn it, why'd I oversleep?

I log on and, you guessed it, no Hawkbane.

*cries* Where's my kitty?

He's still a rare even though hes not elite anymore, maybe he just hasn't spawned yet?

Have no fear! If you've waited this long, you can wait a few more minutes/hours, right? I'll be rooting for your kitty to make his way home ASAP!

Yeah, I'll be pulling an all-nighter more than likely. Now they're restarting Shadow Council and probably other servers as well. Ffff...

So where does he spawn now? Being the Outlands pet collector I think I'd like to tame him too (see if I can get a server first, mwahahaha).

He's no longer in that cave. He's in a corner of Skettis in the northeast behind one of the veils, I forget which since I'm bad with names. I've had Toph parked there for a while now just waiting for the patch to hit. There's a thread about him in the Test Realms forum, if you want, I could go dig it up. I couldn't get the PTR, but some really awesome people looked in to his whereabouts for me, which I'll forever be grateful for.

I'll go have a look for it myself (I'm looking for reasons to procrastinate today ) but thank you! Best of luck finding him soon.

Okie doke, you're welcome and thank you. I have a feeling I'll be pulling an all night vigil for him, but I have a bottle of Code Red Mountain dew I plan on using sparingly for this.

Everything light colored on my screen has been giving me mini heart attacks. x_x

I plan on camping for this kitty as well, My hunter at the time wasn't able to before they removed him which made me super sad but, I'm glad he's coming back for a camping i shall go. Also good luck to you on snagging your beloved kitty, hopefully it wont take you too long till he's home

Thank you. *hugs* I have a feeling he's up over on a different realm than Shadow Council. @_@ I'd tame him on Ril, but she's not high enough nor would it feel right. Thank you, and I'm gonna need all the patience for this camp out. I'm sad that he doesn't want to come home yet. ;_;

do you have _NPCScan? if you enter him into it then you shouldnt have the mini scares your having-- till the scanner goes off lol (or you can use /target Hawkbane macro if you dont use addons)

I'm not a fan of NPC_Scan so, no, I dun have it. I do have a /target macro for him even though I'm parked in front of where he's supposed to spawn.

So on the old thread his spawn time was 6 and 1/2 hours, right? My server restarted at about 5:30pm, so he should spawn around 11-12pm. Now you've gotten me excited too. >_>

Nearing the 10:30 PM mark over where I'm at... still no sign of the elusive tiger.

@Jadvya - Yeah, that's what Kalli said, and here's hoping. I think Shadow Council restarted somewhere around there, but my short term memory is epically bad.

@Tilo - I followed that thread pretty closely, believe me. I'm just bummed that he's decided to play hard to get.

Has Hawkbane been spotted on anyone's server yet? Just curious if he's appeared anywhere. ^^

Aww, that's a bummer! Maybe a show of dedication is first required of you before you can have Hawkbane? Or, maybe an offering of Arrakoa must be presented (that is, kite as much of Skettis as you can over to Hawkbane's feeding grounds, and slaughter them).
