Paladin, Mage, Rogue, Hunter, DK, and Priest set previews are released. As to hunters, I can see the set looking good if you turn off helm graphics (again), but... oh my god, the helm gives you SUCH HUGE JOWLS as a male human. It makes me giggle uncontrollably. At least you'd match your mastiffs? ;P

Not crazy about the hunter helm....

But I love the rest.

Ew, why couldn't they just give us his horns or a helm that looked like the spines on his head? Looks like I'm going to be the third tier in a row that I leave the "Show Helm" button unchecked for .

To be honest, I love the hunter set. Why? It looks like freakin' Major Domo.

Personally I think paladins got the shitty end of the deal--it looks like a mage or warlock set and that big fire piece behind their head is dumb looking in my opinion.

The helm looks awkward, but the rest of the set looks cool.

But Paladin T12 looks badass. Sure, it looks like cloth, but that doesn't mean you can't hide plate armor beneath cloth.

I also kinda like how the sets all seem to follow a common theme.

Paladin armor is actually the coolest imo. Mage would be a contender if it wasn't for that ugly thing on the hat.

The paladin set doesn't look paladin-y at all, which is disappointing. And the theme of fire isn't even seen on the rogue set or DK set as they're both more of a cool blue color.

What happened to the artists who made pally t2; WTB more paladin styles like that.

I like the paladin set overall and love the mage helm. Wish we could have that instead!

Well, the DK set could be decorated with Shadow Flames. As for the Rogue set... other than lack of fire equaling a lower chance of being detected, your guess is as good as mine.

I've wanted all the people who made vanilla sets back. Those sets were amazing. Most of the BC ones were okay, and WOTLK succeeded with one or two nice sets. The quality has been on decline. :(

I would like the pally set more if they took that ridiculous fire thing off the back of the helmet. That's what kills it for me (other than it not really being Light based, but I guess I can live with that feature).

@Saturo: I agree, the quality is on the decline. I would love to see them revert back to the older art styles.

Like I said before, I believe the hunter t12 set is based off of Majordomo Executus. It was the first thing my boyfriend said when I showed him the set.

It's supposed to be kind of a halo. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole design though (main being a paladin) about why they keep shoving skirts and ribbons at us. Also, where is the plate...

I'm also trying to figure out the Ben10 Highbreed mask cowl.

Anyway, paladin set would have been more appropriate as the priest set. Priests have gotten all the halos in past tiers.

I'm not really impressed at all by the quality of these designs. It looks very much that they were trying to emulate Ulduar x ICC tier designs, then removed 80% of the detailing in lieu of fire. I dig the mage burning cockatiel plumes though.

Hunter set is definately based off of Shannox (the salamander dude with the eyepatch and flamedawgs). Actually, it pretty muchlooks like you scalped him to wear it. Maybe the scales are his too.

I personally love it; and it's the only set I'm in love with so far.

And I'm glad I'm not the only one who strongly dislikes the pally set.

Ooh, I like the hunter set. It's so much more awesome than the ugly green one we have now (just my personal opinion, I hate the colouring and fish dock look of our current tier). The helm would be neat for male characters, but I don't think I'd have it visible on a female. x)

I'm not very keen on the helmet myself. I've got pointy ears already! I don't need another set! D8 Like the rest of the tier though.
I personally adore the fish face of the T11, hopefully I'll get to keep that helm for little longer. :3

I'm a little curious what the helm is going to look like on races that, you know, already have ears. Like blood elves, night elves, orcs, trolls, worgen...

@Saturo: I... don't really agree. I like the new Cata tier sets better than Ahn'kahar Blood Hunter, which looked rather bland IMO (but then again, I'm biased because I didn't play a race that looked good with that helm.) I think Tier 10 should have been more of a Dark Ranger-esque set. I enjoy Tier 11 in a fun, quirky way rather than liking it for being a "badass" set, but I do like that Tier 12 will make us look like we mean business again.

The hunter helm looks like they skinned that salamander hunter boss and used his face to make it.

...Based on the horns, might not be that far off..
