I'd probably have liked Arcturis a lot more if he looked like that. Very nice drawing! Your art is so awesome. <3 (Well and the stories, too!)

The rigid, chilling and unforgiving winds of the Far North slammed against my weatherbeaten skin as I stepped off the Zepplin in the Howling Fjord, sending chills down my spine in ways that I would hardly ever wish to experience ever again, glancing over to the left as a small ball of fur came trudging up the stairs... a goblin it seemed, judging from the only features visible under a mound of luxurious fur...Large bat-like green ears, beady little eyes and that unsettling grin that seems to be prevailant throughout the gods forsaken race.

"Master Sin'Dorei! Let me handle that for you!" He said as he reached his greedy, stinking, grubby little green fingers towards the well made rifle case at my side... Having the vigourous dare to even attempt laying his paws on my personal possessions....neadless to say... that was a big mistake.

Before his hands could come close to my rifle case, I spun on my right heel, deftly moving out of the way of this little green gold digger as my left hand reached for the massive, wrapped hilt that protruded over my shoulder.. I grasp my hands around it firmly before swinging it overhead and bringing it down to a halt right above the goblin's head... blue runes glowed beneath the heavy wrapping... It seemed that even that much was not enough to contain the might of a prismatic blade... a smirk crossed my face as I saw the look of outright horror cross the face of the little cretin upon realizing just how close he came to meeting his disgusting little ancestors in the afterlife.

"Do not...Ever...EVER!...lay your hands on me or my possessions you treacherous little rodent. Try it again...and it will be more than bodily fluids that you lose this time" I said with an angry glare in my eyes, the emerald green showing just enough detail to alert the goblin as to where I was looking... He quickly covered the wet-spot with his hands and sped down the stairs, I myself shortly following in the same direction in a much more relaxed pace... thinking that I would have to stop at the first store I see to obtain some warmer garb.

"What..was I thinking?"

Latest art. Tried to go with the marksman feel, not too happy with how the tiger showed up in this pic though....

It's really not all that great... I've seen art that is SO much better, like Veph's avatar and signature... I could only dream of accomplishing that... I can sit down and point out so many flaws in my own art though, lol.

Everyone sees the flaws in their own work/body/etc. when no one else does. Too bad we can't all see ourselves through someone else's eyes. :P

I think your art is fantastic! The fact that it's hand-drawn makes it even better to me. I see too much computer art and while I know it does take skill, I'm still more fond of the pencil-and-paper stuff.

I slided my gloved fingers across the ice-covered railings with a tilt of my head as I came to a halt at the bottom of the stairs, a large brutish looking orc wearing what appeared to be a sash made of fine and exquisite leopard skin brushed by, seeming to be in a great hurry to get somewhere... naturally..I assumed that he was familiar with the place, for whom could not help themselves but stop and stare at what has become of this place....

Before my very eyes I saw a large encampment the size of a small town, Forsaken being the vast majority of the occupants with other members of the Horde dotting here and there ran frantically between the massive furnaces and through the muddy, frozen ground as a pack of vultures cheerfully ravaged themselves upon a pile of trash in the corner...right next to what appeared to be a meat shop of sorts.... I for one couldnt help but smirk at the sight.... Knowing full well that regardless of what anyone else would do.. I refuse to purchase any meat from that shop... Only the gods would know where that meat is fr-.....Disgusting.... The meat is oozing green.... It was time for my to avert my eyes elsewhere.

I strolled deeper into the encampment, brushing past the hurried members of the Forsaken... I never quite understood their hurry... It's not as if they didnt have an eternity waiting for them... but of course..that was besides the point... I decided that the best course of action would be to visit the closest tavern..or at least..what would pass as a tavern in a place ruled by the rotting fists of undead...

After nearly an hour of searching I came upon a massive structure built of roughly tossed together stone and steel, peering inside I saw the movements of shadows in the dimly lit interior, some lounging about in the shadows smoking what i could only assume was blood thistle..some frantically moving about with trays over their shoulders and some fidgiting around with coins and die as they gamble their meager earnings away in the hopes of getting lucky...completely oblivious to the fact that the undead host was cheating them for every copper piece they had... I took a step forward and peered about through the haze of smoke, taking a quick sniff..yes..definately blood thistle...and then I brushed past the crowd towards the bar where a forsaken dressed in a raggy dress suit stood there, wiping a filthy mug with an equally filthy rag as he turned his half-rotten head towards me "Yesssssss, Master Elfff? Howww cannn I servee you todayy?"

I wrinkled my nose at the very notion of buying anything from the forsaken, but I could not just ask for direction without first getting to know the dead creature...and so I ordered, not like I was going to drink it anyways.... "Give me a shot of your finest whiskey" I said as I dropped a few silver coins on the counter, enough coin to feed a small human family for weeks... and here I was spending it on a simple shot of whiskey that I had no plans on drinking... I smirked at the notion... We...Gold Diggers...ahem!..Adventurers... had it made...

After he swiped his gnarly fingers over the coins and set a filthy little glass that made the whiskey shine with a sheen of oil infront of me, I stuck a roll of tobacco between my lips and lit it up with a flick of my wrist, bringing a match to the tip of the brown rolls before peering through the smoke at the bartender. "Think you know of any work for a tracker and a marksman, bartender?" I asked with all due calm... Cant have him thinking I'm desperate for coin... It could be disasterous.

"Offf courssse..massster...elfff...butttt...the personnn I know only takes the finesssst...into his employ" The bartender replied with that annoying slur of his...seems his tongue was half-rotten... but that was none of my concern, I simply stared at him to make my point that I was quite confident in my ability to deal with whatever was tossed my way and the bartender leaned forward. "Theee commannndderrr saysss he needs someoneeee...annnnddd is willlinggg to pay nicelyyyy should one with sufficient...skillll..show up to helpppp him in thissss...endeavor of hissss...You can finnndddd him witthhhh hisss officerssss attt thee Westernnn...edge of town"

With that, I pushed myself up and slid the untouched glass towards the very same orc that passed me earlier, seeming to now find great pleasure in touching his chest "You can have it, I wont be needing it" I said as I walked away and out into the frigid cold of Northrend.
