Feels almost like a Stranger (from Oddworld's Stranger's Wrath) tribute. Also I hope it angers DEHTA members nearby.

Someone on the PTR needs to demo this and get a screenshot. If no one else has max Engineering I'll do it, but the PTR was down last time I checked. 
Edit: I cant even seem to download the right PTR version. It keeps wanting me to download WotLK or Vanilla, anyone know how to get an up-to-date version?

I will keep checking the AH for it and see if its real and look at some max level Eng but I am only Skin/LW though so maybe rough. REALLY want it to be real.

Us Hunters/Petopians have been joking and suggesting things like this since blizzard mentioned how much they like Proccing scopes... I think we have more than just Noah poking their head in here.
