Wind serpent doodle

Well, I needed some tablet practice and had twnety minutes to spare. This resulted:
It's my wind serpent, Deadlock. It was originally about 4 times bigger but I shrunk it a bit.
I've actually been doodling a lot recently, so I'll probably be dumping more doodles here C:

AWWW ITS SOOOO CUUUUTE!!!! Made me actually want to tame one of those.. I've never looked at them and thought "Wow, I want one of those.." Until now /hugs it tight... Can I keeps it?

your picture is beautiful...
but windserpents puzzle me.
How do they...
Eat
Sleep
Get off the ground again (if they fall)
Stay airborne
Shed skin
or.... get "friendly" with other windserpents???

Eat: My guess is, like a lot of birds who spend most of their time in the sky, they eat on the wing, or similiar to an osprey, they dive down into water, catch their prey, swoop up, eat. Same concept for fruit.
Sleep: They can land and curl around a tree, like a snake does. Slow hovering flap down to a branch, curl around it, and coil until safe.
Get off the Ground: Get high enough, fling itself off a surface, then fly away. Like a...puffin, I believe.
Shed Skin: Again, they can land. Simple matter of just rubbing itself on a surface.
Getting "friendly": Same way a snake does.
Not saying these are the true way, but they're my guesses.

That's great! I love the colors...so vivid.
Why aren't there any windserpent minipets in-game? I'd buy/quest for/grind for/spend real money for one in a heartbeat.

Sleep: They're winged snakes. They probably sleep just like snakes.
Get off the ground again (if they fall): By flapping their wings, probably
I can't imagine they could do much of a jumping motion.
Stay airborne: By flapping their wings or soaring - ingame, they look to be wingflappers. I guess, since they're probably cold-blooded (sans the Zul'Drak ones), they can afford the extra energy.
Shed skin - well, seems like most of them live in caves. Perhaps they just scratch it off?
or.... get "friendly" with other windserpents?: Like snakes, I assume. Though all the "hatchlings" we've seen have looked just like adults - maybe they just appear magically
