Lashtail Hatchling

Is this the one that you get from Zul'Gurub? If it is how do i get it? and if its a chain quest where does it start? I have been wanting this little guy ever since i heard of him because it would match the old Zul'Gurub Raptor that you can't get any longer. Thank you.

You have to complete the quest chain in STV that goes through the baby raptor's story, then after you have done so and kill Mandokir in ZG you will find a raptor with a quest for you there. Check this page for a guide:

Wait is it like a clone of the other old raptor pet but with a new name? So people (like me) who ahve the old one can gte it? Sorry have not done the new ZG or ZA :/

The lashtail hatchling has the looks of the Venomhide Hatchling from the Horde Ravasaur mount quests in Un'goro...'cept its red.

Actually, she's not identical.
Ohgan'aka has larger eyes than the other little red raptor. IMO, this makes her look cuter. <3

She looks a lot like the Razzashi Hatchling (which used to drop in old zg) to me but with huge bug eyes. Sizewise she's bigger too, more like the Ravasur Hatchling.

She's got a completely different skin from the Razzashi Hatchling. Besides the eyes obviously, she has freckles and notches on her horn. More details in general.

she is adorable and you will love her all the more for completing the quest line, which in my opinion has some of the best quests in the game. also instead of saying <Your Name's Companion> it says <Your Name's Aka>!

They aren't identical, just she's "a lot more like" Razzashi colorwise than the others since OP was asking to compare. Her nose is also a different color.
