It was... like, 10k cheaper than the cheapest on the AH. And I've personally not seen them a lot cheaper than what I bought it for. ... And I was bored. And I've had that gold sitting there for ages... Um...

"Mere" 10k? xD I'd love it if I had an extra 10k. At the moment, if I busted my guts and got all the non-vendor mats for the Stonescale without using any gold, I'd have 100g left over after buying the mats.

Thank you! Haha. He was 65k... the next cheapest on the AH was 75k, and I haven't often seem them a) up on my server or b) anywhere below 65... maybe 60 if you're lucky... so hopefully I made a wise choice

It is! They were advertising it in trade chat so it was a bit of a discount I think due to the lack of an auction house cut, etc. That's why it was so spur of the moment, I just saw it pop up in trade and I was like "OKAY 8D"

That's a really good idea. I'm in the middle of doing dailies/leather farming but it might be worth popping on an alt and questing to get some gold back haha.

I wouldn't of paided that much for mount unless it was something out of this world.. Even then though..

That is nice and it stands out. I wonder how much many 10's of thousands it would go for in the auction house.

EDIT: I used the mobile auction house to check different servers and I found it on Mal'Ganis horde side for 250k.

Ouch. He'd still probably do it, though. Unfortunately the only hint of it we've seen on our server are those gold sellers who say "WTS [minipets] [mounts] [subscriptions] Tabard of Lightbringer" etc. Lol xD

It be worth the 250k. You would stand out like you wouldn't believe. Probably get a flood of pm's asking you where you got it.

nah, what people list them for and what they actually sell for are two different things usually. she got a great deal, but not a 200k off deal!

I check the AH at least a couple of times every day, and the only mounts I ever see are sandstone drakes, an occasional hog, and flying carpets. I found a mottled drake yesterday. 160k. Bleh xD

Congrats! It is by far my favourite mount and one I really am wanting to have. Was saving up for it as one was in the AH for 70k but I guess it sold I am hoping one will go up again sometime and maybe be alot cheaper. That be great haha
